Great location from Port and 15kins to town. 5 min to bus stop, which was what we needed. Great restaurant soul kitchen close. Good view to city and sea. Facilities where modern and clean and worked

Room was beautiful, very well designed. Plenty of space, very generous drinks in the mini fridge upon arrival. Bathroom was very spacious. The communications from the host were friendly and very helpful. Incredibly useful at helping to navigate my time here in Split with advice for where to eat, what to do and other smaller tips to maximise my enjoyment of my time, creating an excellent and smooth experience for me.

Not under control of the owner but the neighbors entrance has a dog that needs to shower, their patio is not a good welcome, but it didn’t affect our stay at all, and I don’t think should be considered but was the only thing I could say about the place.

The room is excellent in all details, the breakfast delicious, you must get the pistachio croissant, but anything you get it is amazing, I work as a host and honestly I was for the first time very impressed with the high quality in every detail, from the mini fridge full with drinks to the bedding and towels. I couldn’t recommend more this place, walking distance from every good spot in Split, we loved and definitely will come back.

There wasn’t any facility like room service , we had to go to a restaurant to leave our luggages.

Clean, located near the beach but not far from old town and quiet. Love the double glazing for any noise and shutters for keeping sun out plus air conditioning. Daily servicing was brilliant too. Lady was lovely

We didn’t realise before booking that breakfast was not on-site but instead at a restaurant which was a 15 minute walk away. The idea of this was slightly disappointing when the host first explained the set-up upon booking. However, the breakfast was incredible with great options to choose from and really good value so we were overall very content 🍳🍓🍞🍌

The room was perfectly clean and modern with thoughtful details included such as welcome drinks, bathrobes and beach towels present upon arrival. Also have to say the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in💤 The host Anita was incredibly communicative and attentive from booking to after check-out and seemed to genuinely care about our experience and us having a great time. She even provided a digital tool which covered everything we needed to know about the area and more. As someone who finds holiday research stressful, this tool was an amazing addition and I only wish similar things were provided for other trips away! Overall we couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough due to the comfort and safety it provided. Thank you to our lovely host for making our first trip to Split so special ☺️🫶🏻

We arrived late at night and it was dark at the front door and in the hallway. It would be nice to have a motion sensor activated light to help guests enter the building and at the door when they try to enter the personalized code. The only disappointment I had was that I didn’t find a hair blower in the room.

Its convenient location to the Split main bus station and contemporary interior settings. The room is very clean. The host provided a comprehensive instruction (a video showing how to get into the room and the personalized code for the digital lock) and other local information through a web page.

Not an issue for us but be mindful that breakfast (generous and delicious) is a 10-15 min walk to a restaurant

The host was outstanding, sharing excellent communication, local knowledge & tips before and during our stay and accommodating our early arrival with a delicious breakfast. Once you enter a modest looking building, the room was modern and beautifully appointed - perfectly comfortable for our family of 4.
