Excellent modern rooms, with amazing bathroom, aircon, huge TV, fridge, loads of space and comfy bed! Everything you need for a wonderful stay in Split. Will definitely be rebooking here when we come back.

It would be nice to have more hooks for towels in the bathroom. Apart from that, it was really great.

It's one of the best apartment bathrooms I've used – it's spacious, has good water pressure in the shower, a large sink, and a lot of room for toiletries. A bed is super comfy, and a wardrobe is big enough to contain all our clothes from two big suitcases. And contact with Ana Dora, the owner, was excellent.

The room is a semi-basement, the bathroom has no window. We just wish we had some place to hang our wet swimming suits.

The accommodation was better than we expected! Very clean and modern. The bathroom especially was spacious, with a shower and a bathtub. Big TV, coffee machine, AC, everything you’ll need for a few nights stay in Split. Easy to find, less than a 10 minute walk from the city center/ old town. The hosts were very helpful and easy to reach. There are a few free parking spots on the streets around the apartment. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay here! The place is very nice, cozy, extremely clean and quiet. It is located on walkable distance from old town, promenade and all sights in Split. Ana Dora is great host! Really recommend it!

The strong scent of the air freshner was tough on one traveler’s allergies, we easily solved the issue…otherwise things were just what we hoped.

The apartment is beautiful; just as lovely in person as in the photos. It’s clear that Ana Dora takes excellent care of the place and continues to invest in it. The apartment was easy to find and it's just about a 10-minute walk to the city center. Ana Dora’s instructions were very clear, which made finding the apartment simple. Everything listed in the description was there and Ana Dora was a fantastic host. She even kindly allowed me a later check-out, which greatly helped me. Thank you so much, Ana Dora! We liked everything, only the stairs and lights were a bit difficult to maneuver, but managable. And one time we found our door open after we came back, but this issue was solved rapidly as we noticed that the draft was causing this. So nothing negative to say really.

Ana Dora is a great host, she was always to reach and friendly with any kind of questions. We loved our room and we loved Split. We will definetly come back some time. Also I went there with my cousin, so it felt like a dream girls trip and the room exceeded all our expectations.

The stairwell leading down to the location was near pitch black at night, making navigating slow and somewhat perilous. Lights were not active.

Location - it was in between downtown Split and the harbor/mountain (Park šuma Marjan) which made walking excursions easy!

Lovely clean room and great location!! Ana Dora was there to meet us and was great with her communication. Ate at one of the many restaurants that she suggested, it was a good recommendation. All in all a wonderful stay. Easy to find and to access.

Parking in the area is difficult at certain times of the day but Ana Dora had some advice.

The only flaw is that there’s no view because it’s in the floor minus one, but there are windows so there’s natural light anyway.

The place was so nice, when we entered the apartment, it really smells good! Especially our room. I love the interior design of the room it really luxurious like the name. Me and my friend sleep really good! The bathroom is also super nice, they provide amenities. Feels like we stayed in five star hotel.

Super clean luxury room with a beautiful scent. Location was great, approx. 5mins walk to get to the old town. Ana Dora is a wonderful host. Acting in pro-active way. She detailed everything before I arrived so didn’t need to worry about anything. She even turned the air con on in advance so the room had perfect temperature as it was extremely hot outside. She also allowed me to extend the check out by an hr. Thank you again.
