The Stay was just perfect, it was almost like 5 star hotel. Everything was well thought out, think of something and you will find it there. Just 10 mins walk from the palace.

Great location just a short walk to the old town. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and Filip (the owner) has provided lots of extras - a fridge with complimentary water and juice, chocolates and even a range of cables and chargers should you have forgotten yours. We had enquired about parking and when we arrived Filip had left his own car in a free space nearby so we could take the space! Exceptional service and communication. We can thoroughly recommend this property and will definitely book again next time we visit.

The room was very clean, well equipped and comfortable, it has everything you may need. The location was great, very close to the old town. And the host Filip is absolutely amazing.

Everything about this apartment is top class. It is clean, modern, quiet and comfortable and well-located. It is tastefully appointed with quality towels and amenities. Filip is the loveliest host you could imagine. He helped us with our cases on arrival, and also when we departed (at 7am!!!) Thank you so much. He also checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was great

I would like to thank again Filip for the hospitality. The appartment is located 10 minutes away from old city, which is close enough for a short walk to enjoy the city, but far enough from the busiest streets to be quiet and have some parking options. The appartment itself is modern and very clean. The shower is amazing, and the bed is very comfortable. More of the same, looking at the previous reviews, I see that Filip is listening to the feedback and improving things constantly. Most of the remarks I've seen are not relevant any more. Please, be aware that as of this moment, there is no elevator, so you will have to use stairs to get in which can be a problem for people with mobility issues. But according to the host, the elevator will be installed in the nearest future.

The owner's hospitality was excellent, the room was beautiful, smelled great and equipped with every comfort, everything thought out down to the smallest detail, I even had the breakfast corner with a coffee machine and capsules of all kinds and chocolates, a fridge with water, the wonderful bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and personal hygiene products, when I left I was sad to leave that room, I will recommend the stay at City and Style Luxury Rooms Split to all friends and relatives, compliments to the owners who do their job with passion ❤️

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this accommodation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and excellent service. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries, fresh linens, and a well-stocked minibar. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet peaceful and quiet at night. What truly made the stay exceptional was the attention to detail and the friendly, helpful host who went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-quality accommodation. A truly memorable experience!

The host was very communicative and helpful. The rooms are very clean, nicely furnished. Complimentary water and juice in the mini fridge were a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend staying there.

Booked while already in Split and the owner came super fast to let me in the room. He was really friendly and helpfull. The room is big, cozy, comfortable, keyless entry. Everything was super clean and nicely decorated.

Everything was great.

Location was excellent - very close to city bus terminal. It was a 10 minute walk to old town so easy access to shops, restaurants and historical buildings. The room felt luxurious. Beautifully furnished with a lot of thoughtful amenities like the usual bathroom things but even has extra chargers, complimentary drinks and sweets. Host was always available and helpful.

Would have been good if they provided a shower cap like all hotels do and provided daily housekeeping e.g. make bed and empty garbage. My wife was surprised there was no shower cap. I think for the price charged AU$300 per day which does not include parking these things should be provided as well.

Really beautifully appointed bedroom and bathroom very clean and the owner thought of a lot of extra touches like providing confectionery and charging cables. Filip was a very helpful and gracious host and helped us take our suitcases to the room.

We had the best time in Split and the accommodation was definitely part of the amazing experience. Filip has been a fantastic host, getting in touch via WhatsApp in advance was helpful when planning the arrival. We came by car and Filip reserved a parking for us just around the block where there are some free-of-charge parking spots. The apartment itself is super modern, clean, fresh; looked like we were the first ones to stay in it. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Complimentary water and coffee machine, free Wifi and Smart TV provided. The location is great, supermarket and bakery next door if needed and Split old town is only a 10-Minute walk away.

A bit hard to find with gps. Sign was in a recessed entry next to small casino on corner of a main street. Owner was awesomely responsive with help with entry.

Bed was comfortable. Room and access was easy and secure and. Quiet. It was a little hard to find with gps, but owner was fantastic with help with entry and parking. If you're driving, parking is a challenge, but owner has access to hotel lot for 15 euro/ nt. Refrigerator was a plus, though small, and Nespresso coffeemaker kick started the AM nicely. Location was tops. A 7 min walk to Diacletions palace and 20 min to beach. Great stay. Would recommend. Thanks.

Nothing! This was one of the highlights of our three-months of travel abroad.

Loved the size, decor and luxurious feel of the apartment. It was recently fully renovated and was well-appointed, including treats! Our generous host Filip, picked us up from the bus terminal and helped us with our luggage. The location was ideal, particularly if you have a car, because they are not permitted inside the old town. Alternatively, it’s an easy 7 minute walk into the walled-historical centre. The breakfast choices were extensive because breakfast was included in the four-star hotel across the road. We spent five nights in the apartment and cannot recommend it highly enough.
