Location and amenities were fantastic as was the flexibility of the host. We arrived early and found our room ready then, on checkout, they were happy for us to store our bags until later in the day. Nothing was too much trouble.

It could have used its own coffee maker. Easy access to one upstairs common area but I would have preferred in the apartment.

Location could not have been better. Beautiful view of the harbor and private on-site parking. There was a nice kitchen area with an ice machine, which was wonderful!

Great stay at Casa Costabella. Met Ivana & Ester who were great hosts. The apartment was clean & modern. Very close to the old town and particularly the part of the old town that became our favourite area. The highlight of the apartment was the balcony & view of split harbour. Loved watching all the ferries, tour boats etc coming & going.

Entry to building could be cleaner and more inviting, maybe some fresh paint. Couldn’t connect our iPhones to the tvs to stream shows.

Honestly this spot was great for what we needed.

Incredible location over looking the harbour. Far enough from the busy part of town that we found it quiet at night but still close enough to walk to everything you need/want. Comfy room with a nice patio. Large modern bathroom. Access to a shared area with small amenities and laundry. Pick up service at the airport was a nice additional.

Only thing I would like is to have a couple chairs and a little table on the balcony for coffee in the morning. It was such a beautiful view.

The location was great. The common area with the coffee area and ice maker was very nice.

The terrace is a shared terrace - this was never clear. I'm not sure if the balcony was shared - but I think we paid more for a shared terrace and would have preferred a private balcony !

The double suite room does not have any views. But it makes up for it in size, privacy, and amenities.

Double suite room is very spacious, close to Split old town which has many restaurants and ferries etc, and 15 min walk to the nearest beach. The rooms were comfortable, exactly as shown on photos, very clean, and the staff were amazing! Ivana was a wonderful host and extremely helpful.

Great location, we were accommodated with twin beds which were exceptionally comfortable. Large and spacious bathroom. Large terrace overlooking the sea. Aircon was very good and cooled the room effectively. Host was really lovely and easily contactable. Would stay again.

The location was perfect and so was the apartment... Everything from arranging our lift from the airport , looking after our luggage as we were early and messaging us when our apartment was ready and meeting us on arrival ..All couldn't be more helpful .. Will definitely come back and I will miss sitting on the terrace settee watching all the boats coming and going 🥰

No lift which made it a little bit awkward as our cases were very heavy but it wouldn’t stop us returning as it was otherwise the best place to stay. Very happy!

I had a room with balcony and it was a beautiful view with the sea, the boats, ... I had bit difficult to find the place but it's just a bit behind the ambassador hotel. I slept very well. Ivanna the reservation manager was very friendly and helpful. I must say that all my colleagues were a bit jealous of my place :-)

Location was great, the view from the room was superb! The staff were so attentive and easy to talk to. Room was clean! We had a great stay!

The view from the room was incredible. The location is amazing, you have a supermarket downstairs and the old town is a 10 min walk , the property has a shared kitchen (stove not operative) and a living room.
