Small hiccup in the beginning and the property manager was very quick to help assist and ensure a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again! The location is amazing also

2 flights of stairs and no elevator was rough with 3 suitcases. Other than the stairs, the apartment was wonderful.

We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. Some street noise, but the good windows blocked it out.

Very centrally located to the old town of Split. Lots of places to eat and drink and shop. Allowed early check in for luggage. Very responsive to text and phone calls.

If you are older it wasn't so easy to get your luggage up the spiral stairway to the second floor. Not easy but manageable and certainly wouldn't put me off returning.

The Guest house was very centrally located in the old town and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, street food, bars and patisseries and a 5 minute walk from the port. Whilst bustling in the street below the room itself was extremely quiet and peaceful. We were lucky to have a small balcony to watch the world go by. Very clean and everything you needed.

Like any old building in Croatia there is a stair case to navigate but this is a minor inconvenience

Natasa our host was very accommodating and got us into our room earlier than expected. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfy, the air con was fantastic and we had a choice of over 7,000 free movies to watch - amazing. Location was in the old town of Split and close to everything. A 2 minute walk to Ciri Biri Bela for a great feed. 2 minute walk to Motabella for a fantastic focaccia. I would stay there again if I returned.

If you're older and have heavy luggage it's a bit of an effort to get it up the stairs, but manageable.

Beautiful property in an absolutely amazing location, right in the centre of the old town. Outside the door are restaurants, bars, shops and street food. Located 5 minutes from the port. Whilst it's busy outside, the apartment is very quiet and everything you need. I'd definitely return. We were lucky to have a balcony to watch the world go by 5*

A couple of minor issues, shower could be a bit bigger, but managed. Could do with bedside light on both sides of the bed.

Excellent Location. Room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was fine. Great to have a decent coffee machine in the room.

A flight of stairs led to the first floor of rooms. We found the lockboxes to the rooms difficult to read. Only contact with the manager was via text but that wasn’t a problem. The weird thing is that the Booking Ad said parking, and spa? No on either. You need to walk a few minutes to get out of the pedestrian-only area. Wasn’t a problem for us. If you have Room 1 bring earplugs. Street noise can get a little loud

The room was very nice and the bed was comfy. There was a small refrigerator and a bigger one in the reception/kitchen area. It was a nice area with a lot going on. Restaurant across the street had good pizza

Because of its great location, the surroundings are noisy at night. You can also hear people in the kitchen in the morning, the soundproofing is not great. However, this did not bother us very much during our stay.

You could not ask for a better location (in the center, 15 min from the beach or the bus station). The room size is very good and you have access to a fridge, and to a kitchen in the next room. Staff is also very nice.

Room & location were perfect, nice and central and close to old town. The host was also lovely, and went out of their way to fix a small mixup with room keys (not the host's fault, caused by another guest's mistake)

This is a fantastic apartment located right in the old town. The room is really well designed and access to the property was very easy because of the excellent directions and instructions in advance. Natasa the owner is a super helpful host, I would highly recommend a visit here
