The shower leaked only slightly and just took a little time to drain but not a big deal.

Great location! Right in old town, but away enough from street noise. Lots of food options in walking distance (everything is very walkable in my opinion). The markets are just up the road. The lovely lady working the front desk (a two minute walk from the apartment) was very helpful. There was even a fun disco light!

Only downside to the property is how close it is to the train line.

Fantastic location that was really convenient for the port and bus station. Host was really helpful and friendly, giving a real insight into where to go and what is around. Property has a really easy to use smart tv.

There is a full kitchen but no way to reheat food.

Clean unit in a good location in Split. Convenient to ferry port, bars and restaurants. Pleasant host came quickly from offsite management office to provide keys.

The shower! Definitely form over function. It looked great but didn’t drain at all. The drainage hole was too small and the water flowed away from it instead of into it. So after only seconds in the shower you are standing in a pool of water which doesn’t drain and it can flood the bathroom very quickly if you don’t stop the shower. Washing hair was a nightmare. Very very slow process stopping and starting the shower. A shame as it really let down what was a great room. Also check in wasn’t easy. The car park next to the tower building we had to go to was full and we had no information about where else to try. After driving around for another 30 minutes we parked in a street 20 minutes walk away and called the office. Then texted a car park address which we got into but was very expensive. The other roads suggested at the office were all full. We eventually found parking near the beach for around €9 a day but no charge on Saturday afternoon or Sunday which worked well for us.

Great location. Near to everything. Nice little balcony with view of port. Well equipped and spacious. Comfortable place to spend down time after being out and about in Split.

Bad communication about collecting the keys, couldn’t locate who I was suppose to pick up from for about 15 mins. Main Door wouldn’t open, had to call them to ask how to open it, basically they need a new lock or key to enter the property smoothly.

This place has a perfect location—clean, modern, and equipped with everything you could possibly wish for. The layout is beautiful, and everything you need is within walking distance in Split. The staff is lovely and welcoming. Highly recommended!

For its proximity to the port, station and bus station it’s a bit noisy.

The room is located in an optimal position since the port and the bus station are really nearby. The forniture is modern and completely new and the room and bathroom are both spacious. The cleaning was optimal.

Amazing place, close to everything, we absolutely loved it! Balcony was everything we could ask for, bed was comfy, aircon was perfect. All perfect.

Easy walk from the boat and bus terminal. Close to the main square and restaurants. Our landlord met us at the room to personally give us the key and answer all our questions.

1 small detail, just put a sweeping kit in the douche for the excess of water

Very comfortable, very central (10mn walking from the Harbour), very nice welcome by the team (although unusually in the street!), nice view on the harbour from the terrace, unexpected and enjoyable surprise!

The shower floor should be modified by a plumber to have a small slant towards the outlet drain, for the waste water to not to remain in the shower.

Location close to transportation (bus & ferry) and city centre with tourist attractions.

Shower floor is built wrong so water stays there. You have to work to get rid of water. Everything else good.

Excellent location very near old town but peaceful. Nice room with fridge and balcony. Good restaurants, bakery and shop near. Transportation from airport (organized via Apinelo port rooms) brought us directly to the accommodation and person was there to welcome us. She told us about restaurants and other places nearby and how to get to the main beach etc. You can borrow beach towels from them free, if you didn't remember to bring your own...

Very handy to everything, overlooks the train station but wasn’t noisy. Very new and clean room on the first floor of an old building. Restaurants just downstairs and the old town a 5 minute walk away.
