Ideal location for exploring Split. Arriving on a late flight which was accommodated and host easy to communicate with. Good sized apartment with facilities for cooking and relaxing which was nice.

Location was excellent ,,The Decor was modern ,light and airy ,good views from the open windows and it had a good vibe .

The location was perfect!! It was down a little cobbled street away from the busy areas but a walk down the street and our in the centre of it all. We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was very modern and clean and had everything you would need! Frane was very lovely and quick to respond to any messages/help.

Our particular apartment was on the ground floor, and did not have street views - perhaps the higher ones did. Still very quiet though, in a nice area of the old town, so noise was not a problem.

Excellent location, comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean apartment (a lot of the equipment was new), and the host Frane was really helpful and friendly, following up on queries quickly - even let us store our luggage in the office after checkout as we had a late flight.

This charming apartment was exceptional. Clean, spacious and located close by to the Old Town and Riva. All amenities were top class. The host Frane was polite, friendly and totally professional, who made us feel extremely welcome . Close proximity to cafés, bars, shops, supermarkets and the port.

Absolutely great apartment with everything we needed. Frane was very helpful and made our stay a joy. The location was fabulous in the centre, but a quiet street to escape to. Close to everything Split has to offer, history, great food and beaches, park walks. We had a fab week 😁😁

The location is very quiet and we enjoyed a good sleep! The room is very well prepared with clean bedding and water. We are quite happy with every service done by the friendly host and his colleagues. It was a nice decision to live here in Split!

Location is absolutely perfect. Just a few minutes away from the city center, an amazing cafe with excellent coffee and a shop very near you, all within few minutes walking. You have everything you need for an amazing stay in Split! The apartment is very luminous and bed was very comfortable! The staff is very kind and very quick in replying. If we would be coming back to Split, we hope to be able to stay here again.

While we loved having a bath, it wasn’t in the bathroom. It was next to the bed! It would have been great if there was a divider between the bath and the bedroom area🙂.

Frane is an amazing host. So easy to deal with and more than happy to answer any questions you may have. He even went through the trouble of gifting us a bottle of wine and some chocolates because we were here for my girlfriend's birthday! (Both of which were incredible by the way) Thank you again for that Frane it was a really nice touch! The property is in an incredible location, everything is literally on your doorstep which was so handy. It had everything you could possibly need inside for a comfortable stay. I would recommend anyone to stay here that is looking to stay in the heart of it all!

Could not really fault anything. The bedroom is a bit tight for space but it you are only sleeping in it so not an issue.

Excellent apartment 2 mins walk into the heart of the old town of Split. Very clean and tidy apartment with secure access into a forecourt area. Frane who was our host was very helpful and always replied to our messages very quickly. Frane also arranged our transfers to and from the airport both of which were very comfortable and on time.
