The room was quite small but everything else was perfect!

We loved our time in Split and our stay! Our actual room was quite small, however the bed was very comfortable and a great size. The bathroom and kitchen were shared with other guests but were lovely and modern and kept very clean. It was in such a great location, only a 4 minute walk into the main town! Would definitely stay again!

Danielle was super nice and I recommend. Even shared kitchen and bath was easy going. Kitchen has everything needed to cook and stay well. The next time I will try to stay there again. As I am needing just 1 nighter stay between ferry rides. Great location. Thank You and I owe You 2$ for the movie rental I believe.

The boiler doesn't last long at all so if you're going to show make sure to be quick !

It wasn’t clean. Smelt very musty. Cobwebs, dirty floor, dirty microwave and a snail found on the inside window. The walls were badly marked and the apartment needed some TLC. Photos were very deceptive - very small apartment and misleading information. The sofa bed is in the lounge and the double bed is in such a small room that you can’t even walk around one side of it as the gap is not wide enough. Lack of bedding. It is also not clear on the description that the apartment’s kitchen is shared, as it could be rented out to two separate parties. It doesn’t mention about it being in the basement. We didn’t get to meet the host.

Check-in was pretty easy, thanks to the host's clear instructions. The apartment is in a strategic position, about 17 minutes walking distance to the centre and the Bačvice beach. The Host is super responsive and even though I arrived very early in the morning, she found a way to provide the keys and allow me to check in that early instead of the normal check-in time in noon. I will highly recommend.

The host was lovely and super accommodating. The room itself was great and clean with AC available. Bathroom was clean and modern. Location is perfect! 15min walk from Split bus station

Lovely host who was happy to give lots of info. Kitchen and bathroom very clean. The bedroom itself self is quite small so could be cramped if your staying more than a few days but was perfect for our 2 day trip.

The bedroom is really small and it stinks when the air conditioner is turned on. The worst part is how noisy it is outside the whole night. We did not get any sleep for two nights.

The place is close to the Diocletian Palace and a good restaurant called Salt. The bathroom was nice and clean. The host was welcoming.

There is a television but we could not watch anything as connectivity or signal was non existent. We ended up having to watch items on our phone.

Danijela was courteous and considerate. Our stay was for one night and Danijela made sure our arrival and arrangements for departure was hassle free.

A good experience. The property is meticulously kept and the location is excellent for getting to anywhere in the city.

Excellent little apartment with shared kitchen and bathroom. The instructions for check-in were accurate and concise. From the first to the last contact we had with the host Danijela, she was amazing, with a quick response to any queries. The apartment was spotless, from the bedroom we stayed in, to the bathroom and kitchen. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Split and doesn't mind sharing facilities.

The check in and check out process wasn't very straightforward, but the host was very attentive and helped us as soon as we called him.

The location is perfect, very close to all the nightlife and felt very safe at night. It is right by the old town, so it is easy to go back and forth. Even though it is a shared space, the space is just right and perfect for a few nights.
