日本We arrived there at the guest house. There was no reception desk. The guy who works there told us we had to pay for the stays, we had to tell him it has been paid online. They wanted to get more money from us. It was not acceptable. The room they gave us was way too small, it looked way different from pictures they posted on booking.com Room was very small, no place to walk around. The bathroom was very dirty and very small. We booked for 5 nights but we checked out the next day. I heard other people who checked in at this guest house had complained like us. They are going to lose their business soon.

菲律宾The staff had to lead us to a unit different from what we originally booked, 1st red flag. And then we were told that we had to wait for a room for 3 to be readied and ask us to temporarily stay and put our things in a room for 2, 2nd red flag. We went out to do our short sightseeing and have dinner, upon return no staff was there to assist us to transfer to a correct room and had to wait for about 20 mins for a staff to arrive, 3rd red flag.
Location is near MTR station and is close to many establishments. Staff were courteous.

菲律宾The booking says to go directly at the 7/F A9. But the reception is at 12th floor Block D STRAWBERRY GUEST HOUSE. When we arrive. They said the Payless 7/F A9 is already fully booked. And make us stay in the LEISURE HOTEL just beside the STRAWBERRY GUEST HOUSE. They told us one of the 2 rooms that should be for us is not yet available until tom. So they gave us a smaller room and promised to move us to a nicer bigger room. But when the room is available they gave it to other guest and told us useless excuses. The audacity. Then 2nights have already passed before they make us move to our supposed to be room. Later that night when we came back to our room there is a leak coming out from the toilet's door out to the room floor and there is a bad smell coming out from it. When we go to the reception desk to ask someone for help. There is no one to talk to and we cannot access the door on the reception. The toilet continue to leak that the floor is really wet, we had to use the old towel to stop it or else we might slip on the floor. Take note no one is even using the toilet but it still happen. We keep our patience. As we cant talk to any of the staff. Also because we need to checkout early in the morning. They have really poor service. They made us pay for the original amount of the tooms we booked but gave us smaller rooms for 2nights. they should have given us a discount for that. And when they gave us the room. Its disgusting. The management handling these group of guesthouse in CHUNGKING MANSION is CRAP. Beware to book on GUEST HOUSE that the address is 7th floor. PAYLESS 7/F Block A9, STRAWBERY 12F Block D& LEISURE. 12f Block D STOP OVERBOOKING YOUR GUESTHOUSE ON BOOKING.COM. GIVE THE EXACT ROOM THE GUEST HAS BOOKED AND PAID FOR. POOR STAFF. LEAK AND SMELLY ROOM.

德国We booked a room in this hotel and even though we had booked it 3 months in advance when we went they sent us to another accommodation because it says they didn't have a room available, unacceptable and such people are impossible to manage to see a hotel which when you book months in advance in they say there is nothing to send to another accommodation which was very dirty it had cockroaches you can't sleep just visiting that there are cockroaches the internet is working there was water in your corridors for your good and for your health

香港特别行政区The property should give client the room that was reserved/booked including the items listed on the reservation/booking. I got the total opposite of what I booked for, which is a double bed with window, electric kettle, private bathroom, etc. I was given a single bed in a very tiny room, with private bathroom/toilet combined, with window, but no kettle that I specifically need in the morning to prepare my own breakfast before I go to the marathon. I filed a complaint with booking.com and later that night I was offered by the owner to change to a double bed in a room to another property only to find out that the room has no window (worst). The switch happened at the time that I should have been resting already for the next day's event, instead I have to deal with these inconveniences dragging all my things from one property to another. When I refused to accept the 'new' room, the other property owner (Limbu's friend) rudely ask me to leave. I told him that I'm not leaving until I speak to Limbu, owner of the first property that I was originally booked. I demanded to be back in the small room but they gave it already to another person and the owner said it's not possible anymore. I stood my ground, so it was sorted and I was back to the small room. It's a cheap accommodation, I understood, but they should have been at least truthful with what they are advertising and offering. The photos of the rooms are misleading. Be very careful. The owner reasoned with me when I asked why they don't have the room that I booked, he said they are very busy and fully booked. I booked few days ahead of time and they should've had the room ready on the day of my check-in, it's the usual practice. Obviously they are just giving away any room that they have at hand, the booking details doesn't matter. Also, It's very difficult to contact the property. They are very unresponsive to phone calls and messages.
I like is the location of the property. Decided to stay at this 'guest house' for the reason that it's nearby the starting line of the Standard Chartered HK Marathon, the next day's event that I'm participating in and it will start very early in the morning so the property is very convenient, and there's a lot of food choices nearby. I only need a decent place to sleep for the night before the Sunday's event. Another thing, the property owner Limbu is accommodating (in fairness) but it's only that, nothing else, it didn't help much to address the problems that arise in the later part of the day/night.

泰国I booked a total of 3 rooms, a room for 5 people, 4 people and 3 people, but when check in the room does match the reservation and were in different building. I went with big family there’re children and old people everyone tried and hungry. Staff can’t help anything. Have to wait to talk with manager despite being very late.
