We were transferred to another hotel on the other side of causeway bay (15 mins walk from the previous hotel which was near causeway bay station and shopping centre). If they had not transferred us, We would be very pleased with the hotel because of how near (convenient) it is to the shopping centres and mtr station.

Fresh air from opening the window still got some smokers smoke smell into the room; but the outside air was better than the noisy air con. Also the walls are thin - lady next door snores way too loud and I couldn’t sleep well. Bed was rock hard.

Staff Lady was nice and very helpful, although I needed to call her because there is nobody at the reception desk. The shower had great hot water and pressure.

You have to call the personnel when checking in, no front desk, especially difficult when you don’t have an international, HK or chinese sim card. The walls are extremely thin, so the noise of the surrounding rooms appears louder.

The location we really stayed was not the same place as Seasons Hotel!! The location identified as Seasons Hotel is only the reception but after you check in there, the staff will take you to another apartment with 20 mins walk from Season Hotels. The room is very very very small. No space to take a shower because the shower is on the lavatory.

I didn't like the fact that the photo of the room we booked, shown on the website, was not the same AT ALL as the room we stayed. That was definitely not honest.

Check-In: So hard to locate at the beginning. As it is mentioned "Hotel" you are expected to find a 'Hotel" looking building. It took us almost an hour to find it, Reason? The area is inside a flat/condo building. So technically it is not a hotel!!! When we reached the room, no one is opening the door despites so many times we doorbell. I have to use my international roaming to call the number indicated on the door and only that time someone came. To my disappointment, they said that the room we paid is already not available. Informing me that it is a 1st come 1st serve basis? That does not make sense as we already paid it in full. They have told me that there is only available at the other building, we are already tired as our flight was 9hrs and still have to commute and locate the area. As a complimentary (which I have to ask and not offered 1st), instead of 12pm check-out they extend it until 2pm. Room: Very small, and a bit dirty. So many un-necessary things under the bed. AC takes time to cool, and when it cools it will be a bit humid. Difficult to get things specially from your luggage as the space is only enough to store unopen and there is a smaller area that you can only open 1 luggage at a time. No cabinets to store your clothes or stuff. We stayed for a week so it would be much easier if there is a cabinet. Most of our stay you will smell that someone is smoking even there is a rule that smoking is not allowed. Bathroom; Very small. Toilet and shower are both at the same area. On the 1st day I got burn as the shower head when you turn it off the water drips and handle will become very very hot. Good thing it is summer, so the area is easier to dry. Otherwise, if not, it will always be wet. So many molds in the sink as well. Internet: Very slow to the point that it is not usable anymore. Good thing that we have rented a pocket Wi-Fi from the airport, otherwise, we don't have an internet connection.

Location: Very very good!! It is near to the bus stop from and to the HK Airport. It is near to the MTR Causeway Station. All major shopping stores and restaurants are very near to the area. Staff: All very accommodating and friendly

The regular cleaning is less than average standard. The room is so small with lack of space for storage.

I did liked the location of the hotel where it gave me plenty options in term of foods and shopping around the areas. Although the living condition of the hotel was so small but due to the location is closed the sea with breeze refreshments. The overall environment is acceptable.

As soon as arriving at the hotel at 11:00 p.m, there is no one at the reception counter and they write the phone number to call them.It's not convenient for the guests.

I stayed there 12-11-24 to 16-11-24.There was no breakfast.Communication and services is poor.

I thought it was a hotel because of the name but when I stayed. It doesn’t give a comfortable and hotel vibes. It’s like a motel or hostel.

It took us around 1 hour to find the place because there is no Seasons Hotel signage. Especially for us, first time in Hong Kong. The family room was so small, no space to move. When you enter the room the bed was there already. The toilet was outside the room and it is very small. The value for the price was not worth it. The photos in here were very different in person. The staff also offered us an extra room free of charge upon check in. But before we checked out they are asking for a payment for the used of the other room. The staff were unreliable and rude.
