Theres not much to say other than for me personally the wifi was abit slow but thats just for me i dont know about everyone else. But thats a minor issue you know us gen z kids want to be on the phone all the time.

The breakdast was nice and fresh every morning i look forward to haaving the breakfast and the orange juice aswell was great.

Not much I really didn't like. The stairs were hard to walk up and down, but I am a Senior Citizen and know many hotels.in Crete do not have elevators. It wasn't unexpected.

The beds were comfortable, the location, breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean.

Room could do with a basic refurb. But rated 2 star so the location and view and other likes listed made up for this.

Great location. Lonely sea view and close to all amenities. Nice breakfast Staff friendly. Single female staying at the property so felt very safe, at all times.

The air conditioner had problems and the receptionist is often not there , so we had to sleep without air conditioner, that was very uncomfortable because of the heat

The young people are coming to the beach every morning 5 to 7 am and make such a noise that you couldn't sleep.

Unfortunatly the air con did not feel cold. This may be due to the position of the wardrobe im not sure but otherwise amazing especially the food and location

The staff were absolutely incredible. The man behind the desk was very welcoming and a lady served food were both such amazing staff and made the experience of the stay.

Really poor aircondition, making it almost impossible to sleep

The shower did not have hot water (but warmish) until our last day. The room keys are attached to the card that connects the electricity and can not be separated, so to sleep with the climatization on, the key can not stay at the door. The towels are replaced every 3 days, and it was said that is a regulation for 2 star hotels in Greece. But they could replace wity extra charge :) That was was not informed when we arrived, and we did not care to put it up to dry after the beach shower, so we needed to use wet towels the next day. I found the fromt desk personnel (owners?) quite rude, specially the lady, whenever we contacted them to discuss any issue. They seam to be always in the defensive mood and always contesting us rather than improving the treatment. Maybe a cultural difference, but I felt I was not treated well as I was expecting.

Me and my husband have been in Hersonissos 20 years ago and it was magic. We stayed at Zorbas and now, we wanted to bring our children witt us, hoping to find the previous owners and environment. The location is perfect, although the beaches are (now) basically private properties of the tavernas, where you have to pay 7 eur per chair, and need to consume there. The was few spots where you can go freely with your towels. The hotel room was spacious and had a nice sea view. We did not have breakfast, although included, except for one day, and it was pretty basic, but decent. The cleaning lady was sweet.

It was a beautiful trip for me n my 2 granddaughters The owner had a granddaughter the same age so they got friendly She was great she showed them some activities The only thing that spoiled it at the end had nothing to do with the property My granddaughter was harassed with a beach boy that worked the beach It was very upsetting!

terrible experience!!! never tried a worse hotel, rude staff, dirty rooms with hair and insects, they don't change the towels. breakfast to say the least disgusting. smell of cooking in the whole hotel, they gave us three rooms, one of which was a single, instead of the two triples that we had requested. highly discouraged.

The best location in town. Hotel is directly at the beach, and where all the bars and shops starts, right at the corner. Very clean, I have been in many worst hotel which have 3 or even 4 stars.

The Internet was a little spotty. I also prefer cleaning staff to go to my room when I ask, and not without me knowing, since they have a sign that we can put up if we want room to be cleaned. But that is personal preference.

It was close to the beach, room was small, but enough for one person. Food was average but tasty, staff was friendly.
