Second floor apartment is accessible by stairs, heavy luggages difficult to carry up. Host helped.

Excellent host. Friendly and helpful. Large bedrooms. Good for a family or two couples. In a quiet area of town. Accessible by public transport.

The ad is a bit misleading. Advertised as having a hot tub/jacuzzi but what they meant was just your standard bath tub. It's also advertised as also having a lift, but it only goes up to the first floor and you're located on the 2nd floor. We stayed with our young family, so carting them up and down the stairs along with our luggage wasn't ideal. The stairs also have no door or security so we had to purchase a baby gate to ensure our 14 month wouldn't fall down the stairs. The kitchenette had no sink and we were provided with one fork and one spoon, which again made feeding our young children breakfast every morning extremely difficult. We also expected to have a washer and dryer as advertised, but turns out the washer and dryer were the owners downstairs doing our washing for us. That was lovely of them to do so, but I had expected to be able to just do some quick washing for our children when we felt and needed it. There was also never enough hot water. I had one hot shower my whole stay and the rest were cold, and we opted to wash our children at my sister's house which was a 5 minute drive way. This place is good if you're single or a couple staying for one night, but not a family of 4 staying for 5 like we did.

Owners were extremely friendly and accommodating, the place was spotless and it was in a good location for where we needed to be.

We arrived and the place is not what it looks like in the photos. The safety is very low and there is only a simple wooden door (similar to room doors not flat doors with extra safety) with a very random key. It really feels that this door can open easily. It’s not an apparent but an extra area on the top of the building where the owner lives and privacy is limited as in order to get there you walk in front of the owners balcony and they can see you. The height in the property is low and that’s another problem. Many small windows in the property and doesn’t feel safe. We have been told that they will do a refund as we left but they declined when we left to refund.

Nothing as the situation was not at all what we were expecting
