A stunningly large and beautifully renovated home. There is a beautiful lake, indoor swimming pool, and nice balconies - with wonderful views of the surrounding area. The host is so sweet and attentive – this property is still quite new and truly a hidden gem in these early days. Also just a quick 5-10min drive into Telavi.

Of our 2 week stay in Georgia, this was arguably the best place we stayed. Great host, amazing location, great pool, tasty breakfast, very good wine, what's not to like!

The host, Eka is extraordinary! Before we arrived, I asked her if she can have some gluten free options for breakfast and to my surprise the next morning EVERYTHING was gluten free and exceptionally delicious. The property is so quaint and tastefully decorated, we wish we could stay longer. I don’t have enough words to thank Eka for being so gracious. At our request she prepared dinner (not included on the reservation but price comparable to the best restaurant in town). Food was amazing and the wine was excellent! We hope we will return to her place and maybe bring some family and friends with us. Thank you, Eka you are one of the best host we encountered on our many travels 😁

The feel of the place has such a great vibe about it, very chilled. The owner Eka cooks the most amazing food (order in advance), there is also a wine cellar. Their 2 lovely big dogs are so chilled and friendly which added to the holiday.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The surroundings were beautiful, with a well-kept and aesthetically property. We were treated to a delicious homemade dinner and breakfast — and I can honestly say it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had.

Absolutely heavenly. The host, Eka, is the sweetest woman and she makes amazing homemade meals and breakfast. The house is extra beautiful and the surroundings are breathtaking. The fact that you hear no traffic noise at all just adds to the perfection. The pool is also a very welcome addition in the summer heat. Eka also helped us find a fantastic wine tasting. We have been here before, and we will definitely come back. Thank you.

We loved everything about this place. Such a relaxing and special atmosphere, in a beautiful restored building surrounded by amazing views, a lovely little lake and a great swimming pool. Our rooms had large wooden balconies with a cute seating area. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious, and every morning it was different. Eka, the lovely host and owner, is a special person - kind, generous and knowledgeable. We felt welcomed and cared for. It was a truly wonderful and touching experience.

Communication on evening meal options can be a little vague, and it's a bit of a drive to the off-site alternatives--so try to plan ahead and make your dinner needs clear a day in advance.

This is a lavishly renovated building in a lovely setting. Upstairs porch is especially nice--try to get a room on it! Breakfasts are superb. The welcome is personal and warm. And they make a very nice qvevri!

That we couldn’t stay longer.

I just loved it here. A beautiful renovated historical building in a most tranquil setting with views over vineyards and a lake. Yet only 5 minutes drive from Telavi. We had an enormous bedroom with a balcony on two sides. Eka our host was so lovely and hospitable. She cooked us a delicious dinner on the first night using fresh and local ingredients. Breakfast was equally delicious. Eka also went to great lengths to accommodate our gluten intolerance and made cornbread, lentil and seed bread and sweet rice breads. She recommended and arranged two wine tastings with small vineyards. The experience was very personal and the quality of the wine was excellent.

Ekka is legendary. The place is next level cool. Didn’t even really want to explore the area to be honest. Would highly recommend.

The house is isolated which is absolutely great. I woke up early and sat around the lake for a while, which was so peaceful. Eka is lovely and very attentive to the guests and their needs. Everything was very clean. The pool is not waw but absolutely does the job!

My husband and I spent a wonderful weekend surrounded by peace and beautiful nature. The older part of the building is exceptionally beautiful, brimming with history. Eka, our attentive and kind host, went out of her way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. She recommended local, authentic restaurants, which proved to be excellent. The guesthouse grounds feature a lake teeming with fish, where guests can go boating. Additionally, Eka maintains her own organic vegetable garden, providing us with extraordinary organic products for breakfast. The view from the balcony encompasses the Caucasus and picturesque vineyards. It's worth noting that the guesthouse, while close to Telavi, is not within walking distance; therefore, arriving by car is advisable. However, the surrounding beauty is so captivating that you likely won’t want to leave. Beyond breakfast, you can taste various dishes on-site, lovingly prepared by Eka and her team. We believe we have discovered Kakheti's hidden gem. As a new establishment, the guesthouse is beginning to make its mark and will undoubtedly become a favorite among locals and international visitors alike. This guesthouse will forever remain vivid in your memories, compelling you to return.

We were disappointed with the lack of card payments, 'broken' Posnet seems like the common thing in Georgia and we were not informed about it at any point (also there is no English spoken). Due to some piping issue the room smelled disgusting at night when the windows were closed. It was truly unbearable and ruined our stay. Also, there were many insects in the room and the cleanliness should certainly be improved, especially the bathroom.

A very big room with a balcony with comfortable seats and an amazing view! The surroundings of the hotel are gorgeous, though totally outside of the city. Nice lobby and delicious breakfast.
