The location was perfect, being a short walk into the center of the town. And the room offered an incredible view from the balcony! The host was very helpful and came to meet us and direct us to the property when we got lost on arrival in the town.

We liked the very warm welcoming of the hosts. It was true Georgian hospitality. The terrace with the tremendous view we also enjoyed as well. The forest beneath offered a birding side

Everything was OK. In April, when we were here for the first time the floor was cold, but it was warm in the room. It should be taken into account for families with small kids. We were wearing shoes with thick sole.

Calm and quiet place nearby the city center. Great view to the valley. We were here twice, in April and in August. Hospitable owners who offered us wine and fruits, and candies for our kid. Summer kitchen with the beautiful view. A really comfortable bed.

-The location is NOT where Booking.com shows it. Actual location is where Google maps shows "Martinichi Guesthouse." Unfortunately for us this was important because we were in town for a specific event. We thought we were going to be almost next door, but we were about 600m away. Normally not a huge deal, but in this case we had to be in fancy clothes/shoes and making the walk multiple times was not ideal. -The shower drained horribly. After just a few minutes, there was 1"-2" of standing water in the shower basin. -Did not get the check-in welcome that others received in the reviews. -Purveyors asked for payment the night before check-out because they weren't going to be around the next morning. Again, we were in the middle of a dinner for a wedding, and this was quite inconvenient. We ended up paying them after we returned for the night after midnight, but was still a bit awkward. It should be on the purveyors to manage their schedule around confirmed guests, not the guests adjusting around the purveyors schedule.

-Room was exactly like in the pictures. -The view was fantastic. -Very clean -Quickly provided an iron and ironing board when asked.

Terrific spot, with a terrace looking over the "old city" area and the skyline. The family running the place is extremely sweet and helped us with everything we needed to make our stay exceptional. Couldn't recommend it more.

Communication was a major barrier due to language, they were initially asking us to cancel the booking as they had increased the price from what was booked, but then charged me the agreed price only which was good. The room wasn't that warm, and it was quite chilly in the room specially the 1st night. The bathroom drainage wasn't the best. The other thing they need to fix is that all rooms on booking.com have the same room images. This needs to get more specific, and caused the confusion in the 1st place.

Great views of Sighnagi and the hills from the balcony - the room was spacious, which was badly needed, and the the hosts both Giorgi and his wife were helpful and kind people. They showed a lot of love to my kid, and gave us required items e.g. kettle, tea, hair dryer etc. upon asking. Not bad value for money.
