There was not much to dislike the only downside was the damp smell the rooms don’t dry very well.

Large bedrooms, very comfortable beds, great air conditioning because it was very hot outside, lovely balcony for breakfasts & dinners, well equipped kitchen. The property is very nice and serves us very well ❤️

Nice guesthouse with really sweet owners, it was comfortable, clean, and felt like home. The shower was good too. We had one dinner there and enjoyed the home made local food, with also a wine tasting.

Very well-maintained guest house, with comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms. The shower was great! It was designed well so there was no water coming out onto the floor like at other places we've stayed. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen that all guests can use is stocked with all the kitchen utensil items you would need if you wanted to cook a meal for yourself. It has a full-size refrigerator. Complimentary coffee and tea that you can make yourself in the kitchen. The washing machine is a big plus. Lovely veranda that would be great to sit at during warmer months. Great value for money!

The view onto the hill and forest is really pretty. Everything was sparkling clean, and we had no issues parking on the street. There is also a kitchen you can use.

Family rents upper floor of their house, great view from terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Gigantic breakfast for 6,5€

Fantastic place very close to the center of the city, it's a family guest a house. We came after a long and hot day driving and been welcomed by Tamaz and Tamila. They offered us a big plate of cold water melon and cold home made white wine which was just like a manna from heaven. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda and looking at a beautiful view of the village. Spacious newly renovated room, spotless clean, comfortable bed, big bathroom, plenty of hot water, new air conditioning. parking space outside. Very quiete and lovely place to have a rest. You can use a comon kitchen with all you need or you can order breakfast to be served. Thank you so much Tamaz and Tamila if we will be coming back to Sighnaghi we will be definitely staying again at your wonderful home. Arto and Nina from Cyprus.

Whole building was out of electricity that turned on in middle of the night. Probably not owner falut, but still unpleasant expirience

Absolutely excellent. The place is just a short bit away from the noisy part of town, so it's quiet with a great view. It's clean and each room has an AC unit. Do have breakfast while your there because it's fantastic. I had breakfast all 4 mornings that I was there. The hosts are wonderful, they even sent me off with some homemade wine! I highly recommend this place.

It was a very good experience. The room is equipped with all necessary things. Cleanliness was at a very high level. There is a beautiful view from the balcony. The host is a very nice woman. Location was great too.

Location ideal for all travelers. Parking space available for those with rental car. It's more like a family home rather than a guest house. Breakfast with a fee was fantastic and sumptuous. Keep it up with the wonderful home.

The place seems newly renovated and everything is so neat and clean. The hosts are so kind and helpful. We had hard time to find the apartment on our first day and they drove to where we were and we could simply follow the hosts. Even though the owners don't speak English, they try their best to help us out. The view from the terrace is stunning that I could never forget in my lifetime. I definitely would stay here if I could get a chance to visit this town again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Jaba the owner's Son-in-law knows English and was kind enough to organise our dinner that night. The lamb soup was just outstanding, we guess his mother-in-law must have been the cook behind it all. The food was outstanding and the hospitality was spot-on too. Most recommended!

The property was central, in a quiet location and the most iconic view.Also everything is so new. The shower has good pressure. Nice and comfortable bedroom. You can also use the kitchen which has everything you need.

The female host seems to be OK/nice enough but she doesn’t speak English. I was in touch with her child/child-in-law (or someone that’s part of her family) on booking. It was an absolute nightmare after I checked in - the person is not hospitable at all. I was told I have to leave by 12pm and have to pay during the night. I was at the Guesthouse Favorite right before. I only left because it’s fully booked - the host doesn’t speak good English either but she has flexible breakfast time for me. As long as I paid before I leave, she is OK with it. At Guesthouse Favorite, it was 70 lari including breakfast. Here it’s 65 lari without breakfast and breakfast is 20 lari. The person was saying since you are not having breakfast with us, you should leave by 12pm or even earlier! There might be partially due to the language barrier. Here is an example: “Unfortunately, we don't have a douchebag and they already know that they will marry you” I was like what? What do you mean? I have been to 75 countries and this is one of the worst experiences. There are countries where people don’t speak good English either but we have Google translate. This person doesn’t even bother to check Google translate. If you really can’t speak English, then fine - don’t try to make money from English-speaking tourists! There’s another guest here - Russian French. She does confirm to me that they treat guests differently when guests speak Russian. So I suggest you to stay away for your time, money, mental health and precious vacation!

The rooms are new and the property has a good view.
