Noisy neighbors were sitting all day on the terrace right next to the entrance and the balcony, smoking, which partially ruined the peaceful and cozy atmosphere :(

The view from the balcony was amazing, the room was nice and clean and had everything we needed, the owner was very friendly and helping

The back door didn’t lock when we were there. Upstairs has access to the back balcony. I’m sure it’s fine but felt a little unsafe and should be addressed on booking.

Looks exactly like the photos. It’s clean and well put together. The shower is powerful with hot water. But mainly the view - the view is sensational and no better place to have a morning coffee.

There was honestly nothing we did not like.

Wonderful hosts, truly exceptional view of the valley, mountains and lovely town of Sighnaghi. Area is very calm, the main thing you will hear from the balcony is various birds singing. Even when it is hot weather in the downtown, approaching the room you instantly feel the air becoming fresher. Also, great location, reaching the town center in couple of minutes.

Clean cozy rooms, everything is new inside. There was hair dryer, vanity kits and gel shower/shampoo, small fridge, electric kettle and tea/coffee - everything you need for comfortable stay. But the greatest point - views. Views are so amazing and unique because of the spot, were apartments located, we were amazed. Alazani Valley, mountains and Sighnaghi St. George Church - everything creates view like from fairytale. Apartment near city center on the small cobbled street, 5-10 min walk to main sights.

A gem in Sighnaghi. The rooms are very clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped, plus stunning view. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We had a great stay!

It could be better to renovate the way to the rooms, I mean, part with stairs, but I'm sure they plan to. Everything else is good.

Cozy rooms are a wonderful stay for the Signaghi trip! The location is great, a 2-minute walk from the main circle of the city. It's spotless, fresh, with all amenities. And it has a stunning view from the balcony. The hosts are super friendly and nice people.

Nothing really! Highly recommended.

Lovely spot! Though the winter pollution / "mist" shrouded the Caucasus, we still caught some beautiful sunsets. Sighnaghi is small and very walkable, but this was nicely out of the way on a side street. The host was very warm and friendly, and the old man who came to open up for us – despite not speaking English – was too.

Probably there are issues with the tubes or something is leaking as one wall was completely wet. Would be nice to add navigation on the address as we had to know all the doors until we found the host.

Amazing view, new furnishings, black out curtains and wafel robes — very comfy!
