Lovely place with a warm welcome from Alison. Room was very comfortable with some nice touches and the breakfast was first class and good quality. Nice location for everything as well made it a great stay.

It exceeded all our expectations.

Alison was very welcoming, warm and helpful. It felt like going to stay with a friend. The room was beautifully furnished and decorated with lots of added extras. The wee nip of Jura single malt was welcome after a long drive. Everything you could ask for and more in a room for the night, so many thoughtful touches. So clean and beautifully presented. Breakfast excellent, fruit cereals yoghurt etc and then full cooked plateful on top of that. Fantastic value for money, we will definitely be going back.

In some rooms you can hear the road. Very thoughtfully, ear plugs had been provided in case someone was a very light sleeper. It wasn’t a problem for me and my partner, as the road gets very little traffic during the night and we didn’t need the ear plugs. But someone who likes an early night and is very sensitive to noise might like to ask for a room at the back.

This B&B is clearly a labour of love. It doesn’t just tick all the boxes you would hope for in a good B&B (clean, comfortable, good food). But every last detail has been thought through and a lot of extras have been provided to make the stay as comfortable and homely as possible. The owner is very friendly and you can tell that she enjoys running the B&B. I would definitely visit again.

Perfect in every way. Friendly, comfortable, special little touches of home made biscuit and a small dram to welcome us. Room excellent. Breakfast was lovely too. Would return in a heartbeat.

A lovely welcome from Alison into her lovely home. Great comfortable bedroom and bed, with tea, coffee and even a whisky to finish off the day. Appetising full breakfast in the morning to set you up for the day ahead.

A warm welcome from Alison on arrival, fabulous room. Everything we could possibly need had been catered for. Even a dram of whisky in the room! Comfortable bed, powerful shower, coffee machine in our room. Outstanding breakfast. Great value! Thank you Alison!

Loved it all

Everything from the warm welcome to the tot of whisky for a nightcap, this place is exceptional. Perfect location, 2 mins from the station so as a solo traveller by train, it was brilliant just to get to - frequent trains into Inverness or further north My breakfast was amazing - fresh fruit and plenty cereals but the fry up was the best, huge and very very tasty! My room was lovely - a seperate bathroom but just for me and slippers and a cosy bathrobe provided. The place is spotless with lovely paintings and decor. I'd definitely come again, many thanks to Alison and Donnie

Alison was a wonderful host. She was very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable, clean with lots of little touches - whisky, chocolate, biscuits and toiletries. There was a hairdryer even hair straightners. The breakfast was delicious.

The room was maybe a bit overful, but that is really a very minor remark.

Clean and comfy room, friendly host with good tips for dinner, great breakfast.

The only thing I'd have changed was that my room wasn't an en suite but I did book at short notice and the bathroom was right across the hall. Otherwise no faults at all and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The location was perfect. Very close to the train station. Alison was a lovely host and the b&b is excellent value. The dram of whiskey in the room was an excellent touch. I had to leave early on the train before breakfast started but I was provided with a packed lunch to take with me which was very kind. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone staying in Dingwall whether on holiday or for anyone doing an away day to watch Ross County which is less than a 10 minute walk away.

Everything was perfect.

Alison was a lovely welcoming host, we had an amazing breakfast and so many unexpected extras. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
