Familiarity and convenience

Location is good.

Great location. The staff were all really lovely and helpful. The breakfast was great.

It would be great to have an armchair in the room, but this might be difficult, given the size of the room. There was some age showing in the sealing of the shower, which is a pity, as the room otherwise seemed newly refurbished and clean.

Firstly my bed sheets had make up (mascara ) on my pillow case and bed sheets, so dirty not changed bedding … My towels had rips and holes in them ! ! The carpet was unpleasant, the laminated furniture had peeled off and not maintained or cleaned .. As for the bathroom under the toilet seat was splashed with diarrhea and sink unit wall … plug in the bath was full of other people’s hairs !!! Also my room was above a smoking area so stank of cigarette smoke!!! So for 2 night at £281.51 shocking!!!

The staff are always helpful and provide excellent service. Always able to assist when using the hotel car park. The hotel staff will always draw upon the client's previous visits to anticipate the needs of the guest.

There is really nothing to add here. Everything was as expected.

Breakfast was nice. We appreciated the water bottles after a 7 hour drive and having an extra room.

We didn’t have towels, therefore couldn’t shower. It was too late to call someone and our email was not answered. The bed sheets had hair in it and a living silver fish. One room was too hot, the other one smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. On-site car park was full, only a hand full of spaces.

Didn't have a double bed got 2 singles. Room very tired Tea stains on wall Bathroom tiles cracked Bathroom window cracked Advertising parking but only got 4 spaces for 20 room hotel. This is the reason I picked Hotel. Overall very poor experience for price we paid

Breakfast was lovely and plenty.

It states parking but the car park was full so we were told to leave the car on the main road. We booked a double room and was given a quad family room, (all single beds). When I asked for a double the lady was a little rude and said well you do have a bigger room, sorry I booked to share a bed with my husband. Also someone had been smoking in there room as you could smell it in the corridor.

Triple room,plenty of space, great shower, clean

It was on the top floor, lots of stairs, more to do with our age I suppose and probably did us good!

nothing avoid at all cost complete scammers according to locals he’s notorious for double booking rooms and had let our room out to someone else go google the reviews for a clearer understanding of this seedy scammer!! limited parking for 5 cars in a 38 bedroom hovel.

The location was great and the room was very comfortable. Staff checking in were engaging and couldn’t fault the staff at breakfast.

Stairs and thankfully, we found a carpark out on the street!

For the price not up to standard paid £125 per night. Room tired and in need of some repairs. Bed linen cheap and nasty On arrival not clean bathroom floor had been cleaned with a dirty mop you could see marks from mop. I cleaned the floor. First 2 days no cleaner bins not emptied until I said. Curtain rail hanging off wall. Ashtray outside was full on day of arrival and not emptied once Definitely not worth the money. Great as a budget hotel

Had last minute available as my son had an emergency stay in hospital - were not local & was only passing through. Only booked 3 beds and got 4 single beds. It's on the sea front.

Staff not overly friendly Envelope with keys, and guest name on display at reception- GDPR? Staff didn't even leave his little room at the back of reception to greet us. Beds uncomfortable Breakfast is a standard greasy spoon, fine, there was a hair in the bacon on the hot plate- a member of staff watched me pick up 3 slices of bacon and put it straight in the bin, without asking why. Parking only enough for a couple of cars.

Breakfast was fine. Walking distance to main attractions and pier.

False advertising regarding parking, only 6 spaces if that, so we had to drive around to find a spot on the street near hotel, only to come out in the morning to find someone had thrown a dirty child’s nappy on the roof. Says a lot about the area. My husband was extremely pissed off!!

A decent place for the money, good breakfast.

The place is bit run down and in need of some renovation, no USB ports in the hotel.
