Maree was a warm, welcoming and accommodating hostess. The room was clean, tidy and cozy and the breakfast was fantastic. I’d recommend staying here if travelling through the area.

Maree was most helpful when I arrived soaked - drying my jacket and making sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. My room was very comfortable and warm and the breakfast was excellent.

Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off early in the morning, that woke us up rather quickly. Thankfully there was no fire detected.
The host Maree, was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The location was great for seeing a clear starlit sky at night and beautiful sunrises in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable and a good Scottish breakfast served in the morning.

We were very comfortable for our stay at Castle View B & B. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and got us breakfast early enough we could catch the morning ferry to Orkney. B & B is surrounded by sheep field and was a lovely place to stay with views of the ocean and the castle.

Our room really needed a small stool or chair, but it was very comfortable.
