It's a quiet house in a quiet street. The staff was super helpful over messages while I never saw anyone. I felt cared for while I didn't have to talk to anyone, which I enjoyed. The room was clean, the view into the garden beautiful. It is also close to a wonderful path next to the river.

Bathroom shared among 5 rooms The room is TINY!!! only fits a bed (not even 2 m long) a small wardrobe but not even space to store 1 suitcase, have to constantly move and re-arrange yourself if you can manage at all Thin walls, loud because bathroom next doors Question beforehand were not properly or wrongly answered or had to ask several times to get an answer

Location is great, city easily accessible by foot Cozy place, house in good condition for English standards, Warm, cozy, clean, nice kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge, cute bathroom Everything VERY SMALL! Is not supposed to be a bed room but rather a storage room Quick and easy check in They lend me a charger when I lost mine :) thanks

Room four was noisy when someone who ues the shower at night when the shower got going it was not to bad but the longer it went on the sound coming from the shower was like a very high pitch noise so unable to sleep until the shower was turn of, I would stay there again but not in room four

The bed was comfy, very pillows to soft for me but hey, you can not cater for very thing located was good for me very near to the centre of Oxford , plus the owner was very pleasant and easy to talk to

As i am a tall person the shower was abit short but other than that it was grand.

The shared bathroom was a minor drawback as the guesthouse was busy when I was there so I had to wait a few minutes to use the bathroom. But really not a big deal at all for the value of the stay.

I had a very comfortable stay here for a four day work conference. Everything I needed. Comfortable bed and good shower. Great location - easy/short walk into town.

I did not know that there was a shared bathroom.that would be important to know.i had to clean the bathroom every time before I could use it. that was a bit annoying.

this is a really nice house in a nice area and a beautiful room.the kitchen is useful to cook by yourself.

I was unsure as to what was appropriate using the toilet. Instructions said not to flush toilet paper (???). I didn’t but it didn’t feel very sanitary.

Room was very nice but two flights of steep stairs up. I had a large bag so it was a little challenging.

The location is excellent if you want to get around Oxford easily by foot, especially for the price. The room was very nice and the shared bathroom was clean and I never had an issue with having to wait to use it. The hosts were also home when I checked in and were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, the heaters did not respond most of the time I was in (?), the mattress in my room (front of the house) needs an upgrade. Without these two concerns, I could have given it a 7 (Good) on this platform. It is a row house to which minimal adjustments were made to convert it into a hotel.

The location is about a 25-minute walk from the train station, about a 12-15 minute walk to the downtown area. There is a convenience store nearby and a few grocery stores on the way to downtown. The space in the room was good, and the wifi was solid.

Received a list of 'dos and donts' - not particularly welcoming. Noise travels through the house and disturbed sleep. Disliked having to wait to use single shared bathroom.

Everything was perfect.

The facility was clean and tiny. City centre is easily accessible either on foot (less than 20 minutes) or by bus (less than 15 minutes). Common areas were also kept extremely tidy and carried all types of kitchen appliances. Much recommended!

The very small room is just aside the shared bathroom, which mean you are awakened every morning and sometimes in the middle of the night by the sound of someone using the toilet, which is not the best experience on earth. Also the curtains are not opaque at all, so it's hard to get back to sleep after that. The bathroom itself is not very well suited for tall persons. Finally I really appreciate the care given to be eco-friendly, but then the most immediate step to improve the environmental footprint would be to change the very thin and old single-glazed windows that let all the heat go outside.

Very nicely located room, with everything you need to cook and prepare the breakfast. The common area is nice and cosy. Check-in / Check-out is smooth and convenient. Globally very clean. Even if we don't get to see the tenants, the interactions with them are very cordial and efficient. You are in a calm residential neighbourhood just 15 min away by walk from the very center of Oxford.

there were major renovations going on during our stay but we were not notified beforehand. walls were dripping with wet paint, dining room area a mess, everything was like a construction site.

Sometimes the washing machine was difficult to start. A simple technology could really help.
