Beautiful atmosphere and garden

Unfortunately we were not able to get dinner in the hotel. Nearest restaurant was 10 km away and we arrived quite starving.

A little bit dusty which set off my husband’s allergies, and towels from the previous guests (?) left hung on the back of the bathroom door. These are tiny things though, don’t let them put you off!

Jesper and Julie were so accommodating, warm and welcoming. They offered us the run of the communal space so that we could read or play a game together and had a great recommendation for an evening stroll to the sea and stargazing. Breakfast was super-fresh, tasty and very generous. They even let my husband take a work video call from their restaurant area after checkout. Lovely little place - highly recommend.

It is expensive for what it is.

Very well located at a few minutes from the beach, very cosy and beautifully decorated. Nice garden and breakfast.

Food in the restaurant was very good, ver comfortabele bed.

Check-In time very restrictive. Late-check-in very expensive 60€ and nearly not possible - even tough key deposits safes are available.

I have mixed feelings. I felt absolutely uncomfortable using the shower and toilet, which are so far away. Moreover, to brush my teeth, I had to use the sink located in the shared restroom for all guests by the restaurant, with no possibility to lock the door to prevent anyone from coming in. The location of the caravan itself wasn’t great either: right next to the parking lot. Next time, I would try to stay in a room with its own bathroom.

Since I was alone and had no neighbors, it was very quiet and comfortable to sleep. A hard bed is a big plus for me. Inside, it was clean and smelled nice. The breakfast, in itself, deserves the highest praise!!! The very fact that they make Øllebrød themselves. It was very tasty!! Good filter coffee was a pleasant surprise. A huge thank you for that. The main building of the hotel is very hygge.

Service (you are "left alone" and in this place you will find almost nothing nearby - especially if you arrive with bicycles...); No public refrigerator with drinks available!; As long as the hosts are present (from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.), you can buy drinks at relatively high prices (restaurant level); For bikers: getting food/dinner can get difficulty (but catering service from Stege is possible-if you have cash! - as debit cards were not accepted; the breakfast with homemade bread was fantastic! - BUT to note: the four of us had a bill of EUR 700 for one night including a few drinks , and the “friendly but correct” hostess charged us EUR 2 extra for a bread that we also took with us for the bike tour.;

The hotel is really nice, cosy and comfortable, clean and close to the sea; The breakfast with home-baked bread was phantastic!

Our pod was perfect for what we needed. It was spacious and clean and we really enjoyed our sleep there! The breakfast the next morning was very lovely and the hosts were more than hospitable!
