The common areas (kitchen, toilet and shower) were not very clean.

The apartment is not very far from the city centre and the room is big enough.

It was cold. Heater in the room worked well so it was warm quite soon. But it was super cold in all apartment as windows were always open-don’t know why( take some warm clothes). It was dirty especially in the kitchen(by the way we saw rat on the countertop). Communication with landlord was okay but a bit annoying as we have said we are coming in between 18:00-19:00 and we basically ignored us when we texted that we are here at 18:00… so had to wait outside(not very nice). Flat really needs renovation and deep cleaning… We are leaving this review for those who are planning to stay here- not for the landlord to explain this situation from his side.

The room was cold, I didn't shower because of the cold.

Boris, the host was wonderful and helpful. The room was fine, the location was easy to get to from the train station.

Far from “cozy and warm”, honestly. It was cold even with the heater on. Tried to reach the owner but he wasn’t reachable throughout the night. Wish there was more communication. Overall, it felt unprofessional.

The owner was very hospitible. He stayed up late for us as our flight was delayed. He also allowed 3 of us to stay in the room (one person on the sofa), which was really helpful.

Boris was a gracious and welcoming host The room is spacious, the apartment is within walking distance of the centre of Nuremburg, there is an Aldi and restaurants close by and there was free on street parking nearby. We had everything we needed for a short stay in Nuremburg.
