Positive section of review
The location is perfect, 5 min walk to Galata Tower and 10 min walk to Galata Bridge train station. The room was very clean and well isolated form the noise of the street. The breakfast was perfect for the price and the view from the terrce was amazing. The staff was very friendly, they helped us with everything: parking, trasport in the city, some recommendations. We will surely comme back. Thank you!

We got a perfect view of hot air balloon in the morning ! The staff was really nice and helpful .. and the best part about this stay was Lora he is 1.5 years old adorable dog you will meet during your stay, much recommended

The apartment has an excellent location, close to public transport and the center, and there is a Sok supermarket nearby. The owner was responsive, answered questions. Two bedroom.

We rented an apartment for a week. When booking, we didn’t know what floor the apartment would be on. It was impossible to known from the photo on which floor the apartment was located. Upon arrival, it turned out that from the facade of the building the apartment was located in minus first floor and on the second floor at the back of the building. Because of this location of the apartment, the windows looked out onto the sidewalk, we heard conversations of people passing by, the noise of passing cars. There was excellent audibility in the apartment, which made it difficult to sleep. One day, a cat peed on the outer part of the window and the smell of cat urine was felt in the apartment. The apartment turned out to be quite dark and there was not enough sunlight. The rubber rim of the washing machine was covered in mold, so I was afraid to wash in it. There was not a single hook in the bathroom to hang clothes, which turned out to be very inconvenient. Upon arrival, the electric kettle was broken. The owner kindly brought us another working kettle, but the stand of the new kettle could not be removed. The apartment description in the ad indicated a microwave oven, but there was none. But the apartment had a simple coffee maker, which was nice. It is worth saying that the owner was responsive, answered questions, brought us a frying pan and showed us how to set up the boiler, since the boiler turned off several times

Our room (groundfloor) had no soundproof isolation. We heard guest above, the staff in the hallway and people in front of the windows talking 24/7. therefore sleeping was not really possible. The room is great for one person but wouldn’t recommend for two as there is not enough space to store luggage. We asked for earplugs and sleepingmaks since the curtains didn’t provide enough protection against the streetlight at night but couldn’t be provided with that.
