Positive section of review
Property had a great location close to the Clerigos church. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and plenty of things to see around. The main bedroom had air conditioning and the sofa in the outer room was extended for a second bed. Kitchen had all the amenities you would expect kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery. Bathrooms were functional with hot and cold water shower. The rooms were comfortable and the hosts were excellent and very helpful.

The place didn't do great in terms of accessibility. There is no lift available and have to carry suitcases and buggy to the higher floors. The stair railing leading to the apartments are quite wide, so young children cannot be left unattended on the staircase. Although I'm sure the place was cleaned thoroughly, my toddler found a dead insect on the floor and was stopped from popping it in his mouth just in time. Checkout of the property is difficult. The building door only opens with a key, which needs to be placed in the room on exit. It needs 2 people, one to open the building door and hold it open while the other runs up and keeps the key in the apartment. A better system would be nice.

The price provided free breadfast. Free breadfast is good with bread and milk cereal. Mocroweave is provided. Spacious common area. A lift is provided. Although there is no air-conditioning in the room, a fan is provided. Free luggage storing. An Italian restaurant is right next to the hostel. The nearest supermarket and metro can be reached less than 10 minutes. Good value of money.

The room allocated is on the highest floor, which is 6/F. There is only an old lift with limited capacity for around 4 people. Small room. The bulk bed is right below a beam, which limits the action of the person sleeping on the upper bad. Yet, fully straightening your waist is impossible even if you are just 160 cm... If you wish to have a hot/warm shower, you will have to open the tap and wait for 10 minutes. We request a change in the room. The staff stated the booking is so full. The only option provided is to change the room, stay a few nights in the new room, and then move back to the room. I understood that room allocation policies vary among different hotels, but not the logic. Yet, we stayed in where we were and discovered the above shortages. To whoever wishes to stay in this property, keep an eye on the room type and descriptions.

The apartment was absolutely brilliant. The location was fantastic, the apartment was a good size and it was very clean. Our room was on the second floor and it had 3 balconies each with a view of the two main streets in Lisbon. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything- this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We had an amazing view of the cathedral and the room was exceptional. Very well located for all the sights. The staff were friendly and attentive. Room service was fabulous. An amazing place to stay.

The help, Francy I believe her name was, was great, very helpful with all inquiries. This accommodation is beautifully located in a very rural setting. Although we were unable to use the pool due to the cool weather, it looked very inviting.

This was the most expensive accommodation we had during our trip to Portugal. Having said that, we went to bed at 10 pm only to be awoken at 11 pm by other guest who felt it was alright to play billiards and foosball until well after midnight right above our room. I had to make myself known to them and they finally shut down their game playing. We were asked the next morning how we slept and our host was surprised to hear that we had not had a great experience and he stated that he should maybe start posting playing hours.

Value for money. Very good location just a few steps from Camino de Santiago de Compostela and the beautiful beach . Many restaurants around.

The check out time was strictly 10.00 I asked for a little more time just to rest from the Camino and the host said NO rudely!!

Room was located in back of building, after catching lift one level, the having to walk through 2 courtyards, 2 ramps and 2 flights of narrow stairs, all whilst carrying luggage. Not for an international traveller.
