The hotel is central, stopped many times in various rooms always good. This room was privately owned I loved the furniture on the balcony very comfortable. There was various remotes for the TV we managed to find 3 English channels Plenty of cutlery and all the kitchen gadgets Room was also very clean Air con great On 12th floor great views, lovely and quiet All in all lovely room I have a couple of negatives but hopefully can be rectified

Not much room to hang clothing, no coat hooks would definitely benefit holiday makers Beds not that comfortable one of the beds really squeaky everytime you moved Pillows hard We didn't have a cleaner I didn't realise wasn't in the package but the price probably reflected this I would of prefered to pay more and have our room cleaned I had to wash towels and sheets halfway through holiday..feel this should be made clearer on booking.com

The balcony was tiny and overlooked the inside court yard Not enough towels - the host kept changing the code for the laundry room The lift was dodgy and almost broke down when we were in it
