Problems with the bathroom that the owner was in the process of fixing. Floor not properly clean. I found two small pieces of broken glass on the floor with my foot! That is never acceptable. Renovated but quite a long time ago and not very well. The bathroom is substandard. Shower not fully functional. Mini kitchen was poorly implemented, mattresses old, sheets old. Not enough power sockets in the right places. Compared with the other accommodation I had in Belgium, it was pretty terrible.

Good location. Easy to find. Easy access. Good sized room. Insect screens on windows

There were some issues in the bathroom: - the shower was clean, but the shower heads weren't cleaned in a long time from chalk - the door latch was loose - the toilet flushing mechanism was not working 100% (someone started fixing it, but didn't finish the job yet, so you could use it but had to do some small tweaks) Unfortunate, because these are easy fixes and the place is a really good one. Even with the drawbacks I would choose to stay again at the place.

It's a really nice and cosy place, quite close to the train station and all the main attractions. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with the check-in.

It is very cosy, interesting place with good service and very respectful stuff. The ouners were husbund and wife, they explain everything, even help with city transport, There is wonderfull mozaic in Roman empire style on a first floor, at the same time room is in modern style and verry comfortable.

I would have preferred a kettle to a microwave for heating water.

The hospitality of the proprietor. who not only carried my bags up stairs, he collected me from the station. He gave me yogurt for my breakfast. Location convenient for the historic centre and for the station. KItchenette n a cupboard.

The shower left something to be desired. I personally don't like rain shower heads so I wanted to use the regular shower head but the support for it was broken.

Right in the centre of Leuven yet still very quiet and peaceful. Perfect check-in system, coffee maker and kettle in the room and the room was just generally a comfortable space.

Wet paint left in the corners bathroom sink- which you couldn't see until it had made a right mess! Check-in wasn't as straightforward as it could have been

Lovely house with lots of character, very comfy beds, quiet but still in the city center, great value for money. There was also a coffee maker in the room which was great.

There is no lift on the premises, we had to walk up two flights of steps. Room rather smallish but could do for a couple of nights.

The premises were close to the city centre, nice quiet location. Tea & coffee facilities in the room. Host is very friendly and although lives in the building not of any nuisance :)

You need to walk 10 minuites to reach to nearest bus stop, the flooring should be more cleaner as the floor was sticky, the trash should be put out daily, the stairs ligning should work properly as in night there was no light and stairs are very narrow.

The property was great and have all the facility the owner is amzing help a lot.

There was a missing table knife. Аnd the shower stall requires washing with a calcium cleanser.

Location near the city center, 10-15 minutes walk to the train station. There is a grocery store nearby and a street with cafes and shops. The street is quiet, there is no noise at night. The apartment has a kitchen, which pleasantly surprised us. Everything necessary for life was found, even useful little things like an iron, an extension cord, and napkins. The owners are helpful, they helped us to settle in at the right time. Thank you very much.

The place wasn't super clean and quite a few things weren't working properly, including toilet and heating. Our messages to the staff about it were never answered.

It was quite small, bathroom facilities were not clean and overall not what we thought it would be.

Meh, it was okay. First time in a guest house, so I didn't really know what to expect. We were welcomed with a clear text message where to find the entrances and keys.

Excellent host, great location, accomodation has everrything (great coffee). It took a bit but we managed a hot water flow in the shower.

There was no breakfast but tea, coffee, and water. The view of the back year was beautiful, with lots of different trees and plants.
