Joseline was a great host - friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely with her around. Easy walk from her house into the town square and the walk around the old city ramparts.

No disrespect to the host, but booking. Com, did not mention the stairs. But that was not detrimental to our stay, just difficult for my wife.

The breakfast was execellent, much more than expected. The host was very friendly, accommodating, had good knowledge of the area and places of interest. The use of the garage for our motorcycle was an added bonus.

Had whole floor to ourselves, looked after very well with exceptional breakfast. Good parking and even a cheap EV charger in the next street! Town is an easy walk of about 15 minutes with a lot going on there. Very hot during our stay but room had air conditioning so a good nights sleep too Thank you

One bathroom for 2 rooms although the host said she only booked both rooms giving prior knowledge to customers and if people were happy to share. There was only us there.

Easy access to the town centre- 3/4 mile walk. The just helped with information and provided everything that we could possibly need. The room was a good size and the breakfast was lovely with everything you could want to eat available.

This was good home style accommodation with a small shared bathroom. However, the other room was vacant so effectively a private bathroom for us. Our bikes were stored in a garage on the ground floor. Excellent breakfast. Walking distance to the centre of town.

The landlady was excellent and hotel placed only a short walk from the centre of Ypres. Plenty of free parking in the street so no hassle trying to find somewhere to leave car.

Got a little lost finding it - would have helped knowing to find the pedestrian pathway IN the train station and then to follow the marked ped/bike path.

Very convenient to train station and in quiet residential neighborhood, away from tourist crowds. Host extremely kind and helpful (walked me to Grote Markt to show me the way). Delicious, varied and generous breakfast. Highly recommended.

There is nothing to dislike. It is shared bathroom facilities. We were the only guests, so it wasn't an issue.

Clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Joseline is a wonderful host. Breakfast was excellent and very plentiful. It's a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Ypres. We had the use of the garage to park our motorbikes. The room we stayed in was air-conditioned. We would stop again if visiting Ypres.

We felt very welcome at Joseline's B&B. Nice light room in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the city centre. Joseline provided us with a lot of information. Sharing the very clean bathroom was no problem. In the morning we were treated to a lovely breakfast table. Definitely recommend this B&B and would stay there again on a future visit to Ypres and area.

Good location, 25 min walk to the Menin Gate.

Fine for a short stay, maybe a little bit expensive for what it is, which is a private house. The walk into town is quite pleasant, about 20 minutes, but it’s seems longer on the way back after a couple of beers! Not to do with the hotel, but be aware the Menin Gate is currently undergoing restoration, so it’s covered up.
