Very nice apartment, large and clean, well located. It is very well equipped, you'll find anything you need here.

The entrance door to the building is very narrow, the entrance door to the apartment is very old and flimsy, it's not a solid safe door. The pillows were really bad, we disliked them completely. The bathroom is super narrow for a larger person, but unfortunately this is by design and nothing can be done for it.

A few items in the kitchen that we were missing - an oven and some additional tools such as a strainer for pasta. But that's all I can think of.

The apartment is new and it has all you need in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The rooms are big and cosy. The apartment is close to the city center, a few minutes walk.

This doesn't depend on the apartment, but it is useful to who will come by car: the closest payment column of the green zone parking has stolen from us 50€, because it seemed like he wouldn't take our debit/credit card because no ticket parking came out, but then we discovered it keep takes our money every try. The ticket came out only when we put inside the cash (only coins accepted!). What a shame.

A beautifully renovated apartment in an old building in the centre of Graz. Very accommodating personnel, we were able to drop off the luggage in the morning, easy access with the key code, nicely decorated in a quiet district. It was very tidy and clean - I want this housekeeper =) Very good value for the money.

The heating system is not great for the big apartment. Also, a tourist tax wasn't clearly mentioned

Host very kind. Very large apartment supplied with tea, water and coffee cups as being at home. Parking of the motorbike luckily under the apartment's window...! :)

Great location (short walk from the centre), shops and bakeries nearby, clean and modern flat, good facilities, cute little balcony from the kitchen, great shades for the living room and bedroom, very kind and flexible owner. We love the silent night hours policy!

Only minor issues: we somehow could not make the coffee machine operate properly (please fix or leave instructions), we could have use a curtain for the kitchen balcony door (please consider putting up one), and we could have make a good use of a child step (please consider buying one).

Everything was excellent: location, cleanliness, amenities, communication. Coffee, tea, and water were available for guests. We had a wonderful stay in Graz! Thank you!

One of the best places we stayed in. Everything is amazing, a lot of utilities (coffee machine, hairdryer, umbrella...), super clean and very comfortable. It's also close to the city center, shops and restaurants.
