Good location with parking. The apartment was spacious and modern. Easy check-in. Responsive owner.

In the kitchen kettle was missing, the linen had some ‘stains’/coloring although I am convinced it was washed but it doesn’t leave nice impression

Clean, spacious, nicely decorated apartment, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, parking space in the courtyard, close to the city center. We would move there - to be honest!

The whole apartment was great, the old town was about 10 minutes away on foot. There were reviews about the colorful neighbourhood, there is an afro club right next to the courtyard's entrance, lol.

There could have been a frying pan with teflon/marble coating. Also, bigger wine glasses.

Excellent apartment. Very well equiped apartment with large and comfortable rooms. Clean and fresh. Very close to the city center but also far from traffic noise.

This is a lovely apartment with everything we needed for our nights in Graz. Instructions on checking in were very comprehensive and we managed to find the last car park space in the courtyard parking. Graz Old Town is within a 20min walk and we managed to see all the major sights easily.

Space. Automatic lights. Washing machine. Well equipped.

Outside area seemed a bit dicey.

The apartment is conveniently located and within walking distance of the city center. It is very spacious, nicely decorated, and spotlessly clean. We stayed there for only one night, but I would definitely be happy to stay longer. The instruction from the host were very clear and accurate.

The parking lot inside the courtyard was very crowded, and when we arrived, there was no parking space for us (maybe because it was the weekend). There are convenient parking options nearby.

We liked how the apartment was decorated. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Overall, we had a good time.

We arrived in a big car and it was very difficult to park inside the courtyard. We also did not like the sensor in the hallway, which will light up with every movement. It was bothering my sister in the other bedroom. The balcony is right over the entrance of the apartment overlooking garbage cans.

the building was a bit noisy and not as nice as the apartment itself, but location is very good , short walk to old town/center etc.

The neighbourhood is not so nice and the location was not the ideal for us visiting the city.

The apartment is located not far from the downtown, some 15min on foot. It is nicely equipped and furnished. With the parking in the inner courtyard. Though with no reserved parking spot, so it can be a bit tricky at times. Super easy communication with the host.

The surrounding area is not that nice as the rest of the city. Though it does not affect the apartment itself.

Apartment was really nice and everything worked incredibly well with self check-in. Location is also perfect for going into the city.

Washing machine was broken when we got there. Luckily we were not counting on it, but thought we might as well use it since we had the opportunity but no luck.

Spacious, comfortable and very clean! The host was very responsive. We liked it overall. :)

There were a few brothels very close. There was no salt or oil for example. Parking was large but when we came it was full so I had to park on the street.

The courtyard and building entrance is dodgy but not unsafe.
