The pillow. Please offer more pillows of different firmness. (Still 4+/5) If more efficient blackout curtains or blinds can be installed that would be better for summer. (Still 4+/5) Providing larger shower gels would be better. (Still 4+/5)

We did not like the Bluetooth door locks

A very nice, modern, comfortable and amazingly clean apartment which has everything you might need. We spent two ski holidays here already and will definitely come back. The host of the apartments is very kind and helpful too!

very clean and extremely well equiped. the owners were very helpful. we had a small hick-up with the reservation of a baby bed that was fixed very promptly.

to enter into the building and the appartment, you need to use your phone with a dedicated app. this was a bit tricky as the app only worked on one of our phones.

Nice and very clean place. 10 min walk from the center of the town. Soft key was easy. But you need to be familiar with the app and bluetooth of your phone. Very clean. Since we had a car, parking place helped a lot.

The room was nicely organised, it was clean and comfortable. It had enough place for a whole family and a dog for the 5 days we spent in Mürzzuschlag. The entry system is practical for the arrival and departure.

spacius apartment perfect for a family. nice bathroom, lot of rooms for 5-6 people. Living room is nice, good view on the mountains. good parking opportunity close to the apartmant. Kitchen is nice.

Nice, cozy, clean and fully equipped apartment. The communication with the Villa's staff was very easy and even our special request for a high chair and a baby cot was quickly resolved and everything was prepared prior our arrival. We spent there only one night with the family, but I can highly recommend it to other travellers.

For people who aren't tech-savvy, operating a door lock via a mobile app can be a bit complicated.

Nice, clean, big 3 bedroom apartment. Suitable for a family. Kids loved there was TV in every room. Was little disappointed with the location behind train tracks, but since we’ve been driving for skiing every day, was not a big deal. Only the missing sidewalk on the way to city center was an issue, we had to drive there as well, instead of just walking.

Please make travellers aware ahead about rooms locking mechanism that internet connection is required to get airkey app.

They let us check out flexibly due to a ski accedident that is kind of had us to reorganize our leave back home. Much appreciated! They responded very fast in every message that we sent via.WhatsUp. it was super easy to keep in touch!

Great destination, shop close by, ski centrum 10 minutes away, beautiful modern apartment. For the price, it’s just great.

I recently had a wonderful weekend stay at Villa Ganzstein, where my experience was truly exceptional. The property's pro-active communication, convenient access via mobile app, and an impeccably clean and well-equipped apartment left me impressed. The proximity to ski slopes, just a 10-15 minute drive away, made it an ideal base for our ski adventures. I highly recommend Villa Ganzstein.
