Extremely clean, very good location near center of Zell am See. Child park within easy reach. Room was quiet, well insulated (no draft). Spacious rooms. A wonderful pool and spa.

Our family loves this fascinating place! We’ve been here 4-5 times and will come next year. Super convenient location: 50 meter from bus station, 10 min walk to the lake, forest walk just next to hotel. Reach breakfast, free parking on-site, nice bar, indoor pool, sauna, all you need you’ll find here.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and amazing staff. I wish I could have stayed for a week and not just one night. Beautiful room and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool and sauna was a bonus. Had a lovely breakfast. Parking right outside the hotel and a 5 minute walk into a beautiful Austrian town.

The room was spotless and well-maintained. While the hotel itself is not newly built, it’s clear that the owner has lovingly cared for it, and everything was in perfect order. The owner was very kind and even provided us with the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card, which turned out to be extremely useful during our stay

This is a lovely hotel. I have stayed here a few times before and it only gets better. The room was large and had a bath and a balcony. The bar and bar snacks were perfect. I didn't use the resturant but it looked very tempting. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I used used the swimming pool and sauna which were very clean. You laos get a tourist card that lets you use the cable cars and visit other popular places for free

Hotel staff was very lovely, the breakfast was very good with a lot of options. Spa facilities were good, and very clean. The room was cleaned to perfection everyday. Our summer card was also ready when we arrived so we got to use them on lifts and busses.

Location is good but still a sloppy walk to the centre, lake is further down after the centre. Ok to walk but when it’s cold and with shoppings the walk gets tiring. Overall I would recommend this place. A shower curtain will be good as when showering the water gets to the whole bathroom where the WC & face basin is too

Building is beautiful, has its own parking, has elevator, a staff whom is probably the owner was very very helpful, very hospitable. the sound from the nearby stream makes sleep very soothing. This hotel also invested in many wellness in this hotel, swimming pool, sauna, gym, sleep corner and more. it’s very underused but well maintained. Room size was good.

Homely atmosphere and quiet especially with room facing a beautiful wood, yet so convenient to the center. The lady manager at the reception was most disarming and very helpful. The breakfast spread and staff were also very super!

We had a 1 st floor balcony room which looked out onto the roof. Request a upper floor room for better views. The hotel in general needs a update. The lobby is dark and uninviting.

The hotel was off the main road and a 10 min walk to restaurants and lake. Silvia went above and beyond with her service and returning my forgotten coat. Breakfast was typical, and plentiful. Room was large.

Nothing to dislike

Loved the location, out of the busy town but a short stroll down the pedestrian walkway that heads straight to the town, takes 5 mins. Wonderful pool and wellness area. Fabulous breakfast and the summer cards were a real bonus. We also had a free room upgrade to a two bedroom suite which was really appreciated. Will definitely come again.

Breakfast was mid, room was a bit warm for my liking due to the wooden structure of the hotel although it was cold outside. Had to leave the doors open but mosquitos ate me alive

The hotel was at a convenient location within walking distance to the lake and center but far enough away from the crowds. Hotel was great, clean and has a lot of facilities. Room was very spacious along with the bathroom and balcony. View was superb!

Nicely situated up the hill out of Zell. Very nice building, both inside & out. Decent room although the room fridge had been left unplugged when we arrived on a very hot day. Shower was a bit of an issue - impossible not to flood the bathroom. Decent breakfast save that the scrambled eggs and boiled eggs were near cold. Secure parking. Staff were friendly & efficient but might have smiled a bit more.
