Amazing views to wake up to Summer card included Brand new facilities

Pillows could be more firm Coffee machine in the room or a minibar could be a great addition

We loved the chalets.The views are amazing,not so far from Ramsau.The restaurant was so delicious and the staff super friendly.We appreciate that is a pet friendly hotel.

Too short stay.

The views from our chalet were incredible. Peaceful and serene. The chalet size is good for a family of 3.

There are 77 steps to take up to the chalet 5 where our room was. There’s no help provided by the staff to carry the luggage making this a very exhausting task in hot summer sun. The breakfast was very limited and average. The restaurant on site wasn’t inclusive and had 2 items for vegan / vegetarian options. Even food options for children were very limited. The service was slow and had to wait 45 mins for a meal. There’s no air con in the room and in evening time there are a lot of mosquitoes so you can’t open the window for longer duration. The price being charged and the overall service provided by the staff don’t match.

Breakfast does not meet an expectation for the price being asked.

One of the best rentals for us. Definitely will stay in our memory. All is perfect . Note that they have washing machine available for the customers.

Beautiful chalets, friendly staff and excellent breakfast including prosecco!

The Staff in general inkl. Elena and Restaurant Staff very friendly and attentive. Rooms very clean and have everything you need. Location very beautiful and quiet surrounded by Mountains everywhere. Sommercard was a very nice addition as we entered many attractions for free.

Extra pillows would be a nice addition as the pillow types in the rooms can be very flat.

Bit too hot. Thought it was 3 bedrooms. Only 4 coffee pods, thought could be replenished for price or apartment. Couldn't turn off hall light. Instructions for stove top not useful.

Apartment is clean and spacius and I cannot more than recommend 😍 it if you want to fully enjoy winter holidays. Location is perfect, stuff very helpfull and always available. We will come back soon 🙂.

Our stay at Rittis Alpin Chalets Dachstein was the perfect combination of cozy alpine charm, breathtaking mountain views, and warm hospitality, complemented by a delicious breakfast featuring fresh, local ingredients to kickstart each day.

Incredibly nice staff. To our surprise, we got an apartment. Spacious spaces, two bathrooms,(robe, slippers). Finnish sauna, comfortable bed, wonderful wooden interior. Fireplace, quality porcelain in the kitchen,(nespresso capsule coffee machine). Super terrace with an incredible view of the Dachstein. Silence, peace, complete relaxation. It was like a dream to have a sauna in the apartment after the hiking. Ramsau can be reached on foot within half an hour. The Dachstein glacier car park is 15 minutes by car. Filzmoos with the marmots is only 10 km. 20 minutes by car. Rittisberg is less than 6 km away, a must for families with children :). There is a small fitness room. Lucky for us, we were the only ones using it when the rain came down. Correct treadmill, rowing bench, TRX, weights, SMR foam rolling. We made ourselves delicious teas. We loved it :). I highly recommend this accommodation! We felt fantastic!!!

There are very few vegetables at breakfast. In any case, the organic juices, delicious coffee and fresh rolls and the kind staff made up for this lack.
