Floor seemed as not wiped good enough, walking barefoot, and the socks were dirty quickly. The couch could have some sort of cover changed for new guests each time. Bath tub glass doors leaked out from the corner, and we had to put a towel (if others don't do it also, it will cause permanent damage to the flooring). If these were different, it would have been impeccable accommodation.

Location is absolutely perfect, next to a park, in the middle of restaurants and what not you might wish. 5 min walk from the old town. The parking option was resolved quickly and accurately. All info via webpage were excelent and precise, although the link for the apartment code did not work (or we waited too long to get the code) but was resolved fast via phone call and WA app. Beds are very comfortable and the apartmant is well equipped. It also has a small garden with tables and a smoking area with an ashtray in front of the apartment door. The apartment is very lit, it has sun coming from everywhere. It is an excellent value for money.

The shower was effectively a hand one fixed to the wall over the bath. The internet needed turning off and on quite often and the pillows on the bed were like bean bags - far too large.

The parking option offered is great, but rather far, and this should be emhasised more explicitely, as it poses a problem with a lot of luggage. Also, the upper bed in bunked beds does not have railling, so it's a bit scary to sleep there.

The location is fantastic, check-in easy, all the information given in an organized and timely manner. Nice accomodation for a short stay in Graz.

My family and I spent five days in Graz at an apartment managed by ParkSide by BestChoice, located at Harrachgasse. The neighbourhood is fantastic—if you enjoy dining out, there are several restaurants on the nearby Zinzendorfgasse. For those who prefer cooking, there's a market (Spar) and a bakery close by. The apartment's location is excellent, near Stadtpark, making it easy to take a convenient 10-minute walk to the Schlossberg. Although there is a gentle uphill slope, most won't find it challenging. Graz's downtown area is also very accessible, so you won't need public transport. If you're arriving in Graz by car, as we did, ParkSide by BestChoice offers parking options. Since this wasn't my first visit to Graz, I opted for public parking. It's important to note that Graz has parking zones—I parked in Leechgasse, which is a 10-minute walk from the apartment and in the Green Zone, allowing all-day parking (unlike the Blue Zone, where parking is limited to a few hours). A great advantage is that parking is free on weekends. We explored many attractions, including the Schlossberg with Uhrturm, Murinsel, Kunsthaus, Hauptplatz, Landeszeughaus, and the Double Spiral Stairs. For shopping, I recommend the Shopping City Seiersberg. We even had time for a day trip to Vienna, which is approximately a 2-hour drive from Graz. I found the apartment (ParkSide by BestChoice) to be great in terms of cleanliness and space. It's well-equipped with everything you need, whether for a short or long stay.

Someone left their trash cans in the entrance which made the whole area smell bad. This one is on me because I did not read the description but the apartment had no air conditioning and the windows were hard to open to get some air movement.

Parking was difficult in the center - actually not difficult, just expensive. It was a hot day and we couldn't open the windows. Overall no complaints!

A superb, spacious apartment, with a nice covered balcony (very handful on a rainy day). Everything is new, impeccably clean. Good spacious bathroom. Very comfortable beds and appropriately equipped kitchen. Reliable WiFi. The host was very helpful in enabling us the early check-in. Convenient parking garage, 10 minutes away, walking through a park. Great location.

Communication was rather slow at times. I had asked for a late check out and an invoice the day before my arrival. I received the invoice on my departure day, but my request about late check out was never answered at all.

Yesterday I stayed in a very cool apartment. I especially liked the design of the flat and the fact that it had all the necessary amenities - a TV, a coffee maker with capsules and an iron. In general, this apartment, it seems to me, is suitable for those who are staying in Graz for one night or for a long time.

Parking was not available, and the closest paid parking costs around €50 per day. At the entrance of the building, there were piles of garbage bags from all the apartments, all open, which made the smell unbearable. Inside, the apartment was old, poorly maintained, and had a very unpleasant odor. I was on holiday with my daughter, and we couldn’t even stay there for the night — we had to look for a more comfortable place instead. On top of that, the owners didn’t even refund me. Definitely to avoid!

After I completed the booking, I received a message saying that parking is not available. The recommended public garage cost over €60 for two nights.

It was very loud at night because of the Main Street next to the apartment. The stay would have been better if there was AC or more fans (only 1 small fan was provided). No curtains in a bathroom with a giant window, so people could look in while taking a shower etc. The windows around the apartment looked dirty as well and the function to roll down the screens for the windows in the living space were all broken.

The location close to the park and university. Lots of places to eat around the apartment.
