The location was okay, but the room was tiny, as the name suggests. The bed was above the entry and bathroom, and a ladder was required to access it, but the ladder needed to be relocated to move around the very small apartment.

The ladder to get into the bed was not real safe

Finding the location was easy, and the instructions provided were clear and straightforward. I had no trouble locating the lockbox with the keys. There was a spare set of keys already in the room when I arrived, so I returned the original set to the lockbox and used the spare set instead. The location is convenient, as it’s not far from the main train station and is close to coffee shops, banks, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The apartment did not match the photos or description provided in the listing. Key items such as the coffee machine, minibar, and comfortable desk with chair were missing. Instead, there was an industrial machine running in the room, with a water pipe taped across the floor — making the space feel more like a worksite than a guest apartment. The apartment itself is extremely small — the entire space, including the bathroom, is very compact, measuring roughly 1.5 meters in width by 4–5 meters in length. The bed is located above the bathroom in a mezzanine-style layout, accessible only by a very steep ladder, which feels quite unsafe and impractical. The bathroom is awkwardly designed and very cramped, with barely enough room to move comfortably. The overall building is quite run-down, and the stairwell is located directly next to the apartment door, which negatively impacts privacy and the general atmosphere. Most concerning of all was the unannounced entry of a tradesman into the apartment while I was sleeping. This was a deeply unsettling experience. The host later admitted that they had not given permission for anyone to enter and had no idea how the person had obtained a key. Despite my efforts to resolve these issues with the host, communication was poor and many of my concerns went unanswered. Sadly, the experience did not reflect the advertised standard or justify the high price. I would not recommend this property, especially given how expensive it is compared to what is actually on offer.

The location is good.

It was a nightmare, like in a horror movie. Everything is dirty. We were not able to sleep there, we booked another hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone, not even for one night!

Good location, between the central station and town centre. We enjoyed coffee machine.

No Internet for the entire three days. We contacted host on the first evening regarding this, but with no help. The ladder to the loft was unstable and the loft is a heat trap. No fan or air conditioning in the unit.

There is nothing to like.

Expensive. They never reply to your texts whether on booking or whats app. NEVER. Property looks nothing like in the pictures. A very congested over priced 1 room.

10 minute walk from the station and another 10 into the main town

When I arrived at check in time (which I had notified them of) I found the appartment not cleaned from the previous guests. I instantly messaged the property and didn’t get a response for nearly an hour, to which they said “there is someone there now right?” No apology, no acknowledgement. Felt very unsafe at that appartment building. The property never confirmed the place had been cleaned so I stayed at a different hotel that night as it had got dark and I didn’t want to walk back to find it unclean.

Very small for austrian standarts and price is the same and correct amount they charge in any austrian apt the studio was smelly and not same as in the pictures

Quite close to center, apartment style (is actually a tiny studio apartment), space is thought out quite good.

Couple of details: cloth/towel hangers are not through thought, some dirt on floor. Noise isolation is unfortunately quite hinged, which is important, cause there’s a hallway on one side, stairs on the other side, entrance arc on one more side where bicycles und paper trash bins are also placed, so — quite a lot of movement around.

It has nice location. Inside you can find kitchen, caffe machine, heater. It is cheap. Good wifi connection.

It is cheap for a reason. Ladder is not fixed. It is unstable and we were very scared every time when we had to use it. If you want to relax and drink alcohol in your vacation this apartment is not for you. Apartment is on a ground floor. So there is a vibe of a cellar inside. I had a bad luck to have a look what is under a mattress on our bed. Under a mattress was a horrible mix of hair, dead insects and dust.

Good location near the city centre, perfect for one or two nights. Comfortable mattress.

Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after former visitors - thrash in the bin and hair in the shower drain. Space could have been better organised - no place for luggage, heavy chairs.

Good location. Bathroom very clean, except base of shower had some mould.

Uncomfortable chairs. Very steep ladder to access mezzanine bed. Owner wasn't aware we had booked when we arrived, but did endeavour to arrange check-in within the hour. We were sent a link regarding access into the room that didn't work through Booking.com App and owner was insistent that it worked. Bed sheet looked grotty.

- Well-equipped kitchen; - Easy self check-in; - Close to the train station (but not so close to the city center).

- Not very good cleanliness. - Mattresses made of badly cut sponge, very uncomfortable. - Very small place, damp, hot and full of insects. I had to keep the light off at evening so as not to get insects all over me. - The dresser was full of things (unwashed blankets, cleaning products, etc) and was not usable. There were no wardrobes. - Toilet clogged, unusable for almost a day. When they repaired it, they left (dirty) water everywhere in the bathroom. - They only brought me towels on the second day, after my first shower I had to dry myself with a T-shirt. - Two weeks after my stay, they still haven't sent me a receipt, despite several requests.

Good position. Small house but it has everything you need.

Problems : we find hairs in the shower and in the bed. Different kind of hairs.. Awful!

Great location, great idea for a small space. You need a little bit of a head for heights going up and down the ladder to the bed, but it was fine. The bathroom had everything you need. A smaller sink would make it easier to navigate.

The kitchen tap was very loose and I couldn’t find a plug for the sink. It would have been good to have information about recycling. And why does such a small place need so many cleaning chemicals?
