Fabulous hosts, very nice flat, everything you could need. Lovely balcony. Area is quiet, quick walk to the tram straight to the center. Huge beautiful park for walking too. This was our second time here and we will definitely visit again.

I wish there was a full-length mirror (but that's not critical at all) To the attention of new guests: shampoo, shower gel and other personal hygiene products you should take your own. These are the only things that are not provided in the apartment.

It's a beautiful place! The hosts are lovely - gave all the information we needed, responded quickly to our messages and also recommended places to visit in Graz. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. The location of the apartments is convenient, there is a bus stop right next to the building and a tram stop 5 minutes walk away. The apartment itself is clean, new furniture, modern renovation. We have never seen that in the apartment owners pay such attention to detail and contribute to the care of their guests (there is absolutely everything you need: from dishwasher and a coffee machine, ending even a roller for clothes). All in all, definitely recommend, and would be happy to come back here again!

An excellent apartment for a couple. The location is great, a nice walk or a couple of bus stops to the centre. Everything is impeccably clean, and it can be seen that the owners have made an effort to make your stay pleasant with many little details throughout the apartment. It is spacious enough for two people. It is very well-equipped, pleasantly warm during cold days, with a spacious balcony facing back of the building, so it is not noisy at all. The owners were very helpful with giving all the details for the check-in (which went quickly) and the suggestions for enjoying our time in Graz. Having a garage spot is a huge plus. As we plan to come back to Graz in the future, this would definitely be our first choice.

The hosts were amazing! Starting from the very clear and good instructions on how to get in, to helpful ideas on where to eat breakfast, in which streets to walk, what to see in and around the city. They were really doing their best to make our stay wonderful. The apartment is very nice and quiet, with a big terrace and nice view to the hill with a lot of trees. It is very well equipped. The city center is about 2 km away, and one can easily walk there along a very nice street with Botanical Garden on the way.

The appartment is super clean and comfortable, with beautiful balcony over the forest. The hosts were very helpful, answering all our questions.they gave us detailed and easy to understand instructions on opening/closing the door, garage etc. We very much enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!

It was the most perfect stay one could ever dream of! The location of the apartment is great - the area is clean, safe and quiet, the bus stop is right in front of the building entrance. On the opposite side of the street there is a nice bakery to have a breakfast or buy some fresh-baked bread. The views from the balcony (both from the apartment's balcony and the building's corridor) are picturesque. The apartment is stylish and very clean. The rooms are big enough for 3 people and as there were only 2 of us (me and my sister), we felt extremely comfortable in the apartment. Every small detail is thought of and made as great as it could be (have you seen the decorations in the living room?). The mattresses are very comfortable, we had a great sleep. The Internet connection is stable and has a nice speed. The bathroom is spacious, the shower cabin is wide. The kitchen is very well equipped - there are pots, pans, baking sheets for the oven, a microwave, coffee machine (with capsules provided), electric kettle (tea selection provided). Also, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. The most amazing part of the stay are the hosts. We had a welcome bottle of wine at the apartment and even chocolates! They were always available when we had questions and gave us really useful recommendations about the places to visit in the town. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and wonderful! We'll definitely visit again when in Graz.

Fully equiped even for a longer stay. Nice and quite balcony. Easy to reach both towncenter and a nice park for hiking, biking och just relaxing in the shadow.

Calm, and friendly neighborhood, walking distance to the old town. 25 minutes drive to the closest mountain with cable car and nice hikes. Very good bakery across the street.

Nothing, no critisisms!

Everything was excellent. Comfortable bed. Good powerful shower. Super quiet and cosy. Car park very handy. Super bakery for bread/ breakfast just across the road. Decent shopping centre 5 min walk.

There was a washing machine but no laundry detergent. There was no shelf in the shower to put shampoo etc.

Cozy apartment not far from the city center. There is a private parking space in the garage (for an additional fee). There is everything you need for cooking and a nice balcony where you can have a dinner or drink coffee.

It is a small cozy 1 bedroom apartment ideal for 1 or max 2 people. The hosts were away for a trip but gave detailed information on how to find, enter and settle in the apartment. I was met with a complimentary bottle of wine and had a pleasant phone call with Dieter. The apartment has a garage parking spot as well, so there are no issues with parking. There is a bus stop right in front of the building leading towards the main station if you are interested in sightseeing.

The bed mattress was too soft for us

We loved this cosy apartment! The host is super nice, the apartment is clean, very comfortable and stylish, the kitchen is well equipped. The house is close to the center and there is a Billa just around the corner. We really appreciated the welcome red wine 🙂 There is a parking place under the house for a reasonable price.

Two things we would like to mention here: the mattress is quite soft to the sides and the wifi signal is quite weak and fluctuates strongly.

We were welcomed by the very friendly host Dieter and shown around. The apartment is not big, but very well equipped and you will find everything you need and more. The location is close to perfect. Opposite the street is a great bakery and in several minutes you will reach a tram station as well as a park where we could walk with our dog. The parking garage is another bonus of this great place to stay.
