The apartment is very nice and modern, it has all the amenities you need and is very comfortable. For me who usually have problems to sleep due to light and noise it was very comfortable, so I would strongly recommend it.

When we were there, the weather outside was quite hot. There is a small ventilator, but it’s too small to cool the apartment. It’s hot at night.

Cute and comfortable apartment with a nice view from balcony! There is all you need. Also the bed is very comfy. 30 minute walk till city centre, an hour walk till train station. Owners are very kind and friendly! Thank you again for your hospitality!

Excellent interior, with everything within to make you comfortable, very clean and nicely designed. The view from the balcony is spectacular, the neighberhood is quiet, but very close to city center. We mostly walked. We had a parking space, safe and clean. The host is a very nice family, which thought at every detail and all the needs of their guests. We received recomandations, about the best ways to explore the region, which has a lot to offer. It is a dreamy location.

10/10. Great location in quiet and green area, view over trees and mountains on the horizon. Super comfy bed, very well equipped modern kitchen, spacious shower, washing machine... the flat is very tastefully decorated with heart and care of the lovely host. Great spot in Graz, walking distance or easy public transportation to the centre.

I can't recommend this apartment enough! The place was spotlessly clean, quick and professional communication from the hosts and a smooth self check-in. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the added bonus of a parking space in the garage was a huge advantage. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the attention to detail throughout the apartment was impressive. A lovely touch was the welcome bottle of local wine, which made us feel instantly at home. The apartment was fully equipped, including a balcony and nice view, as well as a kitchen perfect for both short and long stays. I would rate this experience 11 out of 10! The apartmant is beautiful and the hosts, who are very nice, communicative and informative, have made sure that you have everything that you need (even the things you thought you didn't need).You are not too far from the city centre - if you don't feel like walking (for a rather short time), there is a bus/tram stop less than five minutes away from the stay (next to a store and a very cute cafe). All in all an amazing experience.

I would like to have more information about the use of the oven and coffeemachine in the manual. No negative remarks at all..

The environment was calm and enjoyable. It was very romantic to eat breakfast on the balcony. The accomodation was clean and comfortable. Ironing and washing facilities were appreciated. Would come again if I had to be in the neighbourhood.

Wonderful accommodation close to the centre of Graz in a beautiful neighbourhood full of greenery. The accommodation is just a few minutes from the tram and bus stops. Very clean, large and comfortable bed, parking available. Very nice and great communicating owner who thinks of every detail to make your accommodation perfect. I can only recommend this accommodation 10/10.

Absolutely everything,location,safe parking,elegance,finishing touches and terrasse facing an amazing garden/park. Very quite,we had an amazingly restoring night sleep,comfy beds(i may have one of these for home:) A breakfast place is 2 minutes away! plus recommendations from Simone for eating and drinking was excellent(Buschenschank Pilcher-Schober was lovely)

Simone and Dieter are great hosts. I already stayed at Kaiserreich I last year and was lucky enough to have Kaiserreich II available this year. Since I attended a sports event in the sports hall just behind the house, the location couldn't have been more convenient. The hosts really pay attention to detail with a complimentory bottle of water, a bottle of wine and some sweets on the pillow. Just amazing! The appartment was clean and the contactless check in is also very easy.

The owners left a bottle of wine and sent a huge amount of information to help make our stay more enjoyable. The flat is in a lovely neighbourhood about 10 minutes walk from the tram service into town. We generally walked which was only 30 minutes.
