Reviews of Gemütliches Apartment in zentraler Lage

Host answered quickly, and allowed us to arrive earlier and leave later.

Location was what we wanted, close to the railway station, but was otherwise a bit of a dead street.

Wonderful, clean apartment really close to the train station. We stayed a few nights and it had everything we needed. The building and the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, so you can have a good night's rest before or after exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped. The heating worked perfectly. We did not meet the hosts personally, but they left a binder with tips on what to see, where to go and which restaurant to eat in Graz and it was very useful.

The apartment is exceptionally well maintained and convenient. All the facilities are new and functional. Also very close to the central station, which is convenient.

The flat is located not far from the main railway station and suitable for the overnight sleeping. The flat has the washing mashine.

The flat is in the very poor keeping building with noisy neibours and very old elevator, which hardly lifts even one person with the bag. Everything inside are very used. The disposition with WC entrance in the hall and shower entrance in the bedroom is quite unconvinient. Also the boiler located inside the WC space are not a safe decision. The code for the keybox was not provided, it was neccessary to call the owner which takes us significant time....Also I reccomend to take photos of all the equipment , especially the fridge, on the first day of stay, as the owner is intended to claim old damage as a new one....

Close to train station and nice walking distance to town square, beautifully set out apartment with lots of little nice touches (coffee, shampoo, tourist information book etc); washing machine a bonus; entry instructions very easy to follow; comfortable and very clean; having a lift wonderful

Very close to the trainstation and well equipped. It felt as if at home

The curtains in the bathroom were a tough nut to crack, had some hard time trying to lower them. But I did it eventually 🙂 Nothing serious to "complain" about, we had a great stay.

We really liked the apartment. We had all we needed and even more (all equipment as you would be at home). The stay in the apartment was very comfortable, we enoyed staying there. The owners were very quickly responding to any questions and were overall very nice. If we ever come to Graz for more days again, we would love to stay in this apartment.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Perfect to see our baby all the time when she was exploring.

Very nice apartment close to the train station. We had a perfect stay, everything was easy and nice. :)

Easy check-in, check-out. For us, this apartment was ideally located, only a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof. Spacious living room with a pull-out couch, a dining area and a sleeping room with a double bed was perfect for all our needs. If you are coming without a car and need to use a train during your stay, I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Parking in the streets was quite complicated due to restricted parking zones and lack of space.
