Everything was great — very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need. There is a parking place right under the building; it was easy to find one, but the parking is paid. The location is quite close to the city center: if the weather is nice, you can walk, and if it’s cold, there is a free tram (yellow lines) that takes you directly there. It was also really nice that the owner provided plenty of coffee and tea, as well as toiletries and even a laundry capsule. The owner was always available and gave super clear instructions on how to find the apartment.

Price/power ratio is okay, good location, everything works fine, its clean and tidy.

Parking is limited and expensive but its city centre so its expected, sofa as second bed is really uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in the flat. It was nice and cosy, the bathroom is new. The kitchen was well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay! The studio apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, and very well-equipped. Everything looked exactly like the photos, if not better. The location was perfect — quiet yet close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We really appreciated the personal touch provided by the host — coffee and tea were available, and the fridge was stocked with cold drinks. It’s (not that) small details like these that make short trips so much easier, especially when you're unfamiliar with the city or it's too late to find open shops. Overall, this place has everything you could need for an overnight stop or a longer stay — whether you're continuing your journey the following day or staying before a longer trip to the centre of Graz. The space itself is also beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. The apartment is located in a tenement house (less than 2kms from the centre), and it feels quiet and safe.

Not the best choice for kids — there are lots of edges, doorsteps, protrusions, and not much space in general. You’ll definitely need to keep an eye on your little ones!

Small, nice appartment very close to the center. Parking is free at night from 20. to 9.

We had problems to pay parking with credit card, so we payed with coins. Parking is possible to pay maximum for 3 hours, and then 3 again, and again...

Great location, very easy to get to the town centre on foot or using the free tram (beware of the free stops are!). Great communication with the host. The flat itself is very well furnished and clean. It was not a problem for me, but one needs to be aware that the bed is on the floor.

It was clean, the location was good. The hosts were very nice and approachable and replied very fast to messages. We were welcomed with drinks and cookies.

Nice interior design, everything clean and beautiful. Drinks and chocolate free. Coffee machine, water heater, tea bags, hot chocolate, ..., everything ready to use.
