Everything was great — very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need. There is a parking place right under the building; it was easy to find one, but the parking is paid. The location is quite close to the city center: if the weather is nice, you can walk, and if it’s cold, there is a free tram (yellow lines) that takes you directly there. It was also really nice that the owner provided plenty of coffee and tea, as well as toiletries and even a laundry capsule. The owner was always available and gave super clear instructions on how to find the apartment.

Parking is limited and expensive but its city centre so its expected, sofa as second bed is really uncomfortable.

Not the best choice for kids — there are lots of edges, doorsteps, protrusions, and not much space in general. You’ll definitely need to keep an eye on your little ones!

We really appreciated the personal touch provided by the host — coffee and tea were available, and the fridge was stocked with cold drinks. It’s (not that) small details like these that make short trips so much easier, especially when you're unfamiliar with the city or it's too late to find open shops. Overall, this place has everything you could need for an overnight stop or a longer stay — whether you're continuing your journey the following day or staying before a longer trip to the centre of Graz. The space itself is also beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. The apartment is located in a tenement house (less than 2kms from the centre), and it feels quiet and safe.

We had problems to pay parking with credit card, so we payed with coins. Parking is possible to pay maximum for 3 hours, and then 3 again, and again...

Great location, very easy to get to the town centre on foot or using the free tram (beware of the free stops are!). Great communication with the host. The flat itself is very well furnished and clean. It was not a problem for me, but one needs to be aware that the bed is on the floor.

You need to pay for parking. From the announcement it's not clear well, because you have the public parking (white line), and need to know the local rules in order not to get the fine. I would suggest to announce the clear instructions for the foreign guests, it might be helpful.

Location good. Just pick up the tram #6 and you are in the center or in the railway stations.

During the night access from the stairways through the corridor was dark and couln'd find any light there. Lot of stairs to reach the place so if you have a lot of bagage and/or stroller that will be a challange. The main issue is about different levels on each part of the appartment that you can easily stumble. Nevertheless the impression after our stay remain that it was pleaseure to spent the night in the apartment.

The apartment was really well equiped (all rooms) and welcome beverages and fruits were really nice suprise. The apartment offer enought space for 2+2 family. The neighbourhood was calm. Definitely to be recommended for shor and bit longer stay.

From the moment we walked in and smelt the freshness and saw how clean it was we were immediately happy. The host has gone to great measures to ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. Attention to every detail is well noted, exceeding our expectations. Very nice apartment, it is newly renovated and everything in the flat seems brand new. It has everything one needs and the host left for us fruit and some beverages, very nice touch! The location is great, the tram is 5 min away on foot to go anywhere in the city. The city centre can be reached on foot in less than 20 min. The check in works without issues with a code, with which you can pick up the key in the front door of the building. 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The studio apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, and very well-equipped. Everything looked exactly like the photos, if not better. The location was perfect — quiet yet close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
