High standart apartement, clean and got all that needed. The host is very nice and helpful. Balcony with nice view.

Location is ok but pretty near the main road so still can hear trucks.Plus, when you open the front door, you immediately hear the noise from the road, it's a bit annoying to start the day like that. Loud noises from renovations during the day.. It's worth checking exactly what the status is before booking (we knew about them but didnt excpet such noise).

It would have been more comfortable to have a washing machine and tumble dryer inside the room and not just shared washing machine in a utility room outside, or to at least update the booking info so as not to confuse guests. Other then that everything was super pleasant and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, bright, perfectly clean, and had a beautiful view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine, and our dog was also treated like a special guest with snacks and a toy provided – such a thoughtful touch! Freshly ground coffee and towels were available throughout the stay, which made everything even more convenient. The kitchen was excellently equipped with everything we needed, including a toaster, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, and all the essentials. The location was perfect – just a short walk to shops and amazing restaurants. Thank you so much for the wonderful time – we would love to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was very kind and welcoming, and the place was cozy, clean, and well-prepared with everything we needed. The location is also great—only about 9 minutes by car from the zip line activity. Highly recommended

Overall, it was a really good experience. A spacious apartment that can accommodate 4-5 people and pets. Clean, neat and practical. Also Grobming is a perfect location to stay. Very close to skiing places and great lakes. Very nice view from the apartment! Plus, the owners provided us with sufficient flexibility regarding check-in and check-out times.

One thing to improve: Owners charge extra 70 Euros if you travel with a dog. This isn't explained clearly and visibly in the Booking.com's "about this property" section. Later I've found out that it is written in the "guest questions" section though. But still, I haven't seen such a pricing method and pricing communication before, so this situation slightly annoyed me. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind paying this fee at all if it was specified clearly beforehand or if it was included in the total price, after all it is a very nice apartment and even the increased price would still be worth paying for this great place.

Accommodation exceeded expectations - new, clean, well equipped, kitchen equipped. Great accessibility by car to the slopes. Communication was also seamless.

The apartment is just perfect in all aspects. Spacious, modern, quality materials and equipment, perfect use of space, fantastic cozy lighting, elegant bathroom, coffee machine with grinder, kitchen counter-bar end. Drink vending machine in front of the house, parking directly in front of the house. Nice view, babbling brook. The only "disadvantage" is that it is in the valley, near the highway, but too close, so it is not noisy, not smelly, and no one cares about such a beautiful interior. There are blinds, you have to look the other way, or sit outside with a glass of complimentary wine. :)

Nicely decorated and furnished. Big rooms, clean, very well equipped kitchen. Amazing view to the mountains. Despite of being close to a busy road, there was no noise in the apartment.

Very nice, well equipped and well furnished newly built apartments, with modern and stylish design. Located close to the ski resorts. Provided everything we needed for our stay. Booked last minute, very good value for money in the region.

Imaging new apartment well equipped includes coffee machine and coffee beens ) stay for directions to Shlandming for 1 night. Next time stay for a long time! Thank you for high level service!
