Proximity to stadium and tram network

We were very satisfied with the accommodation! The apartment is very clean, spacious, with large rooms and well equipped with everything you might need. There is covered parking in the courtyard of the building, which is very convenient. The location is good, there is a direct tram line to the city center, and it takes only about 10 minutes to get there. Highly recommended!

The family appartement was wonderful, very spacious, comfortably furnished, and clean. There is a tram line, taking you to the city center, nearby. You can get out of the city very quickly by car. The owners of the apartment were very nice and helpful.

We loved this apartment! Large, nicely decorated, equipped with anything you might need. We found it useful that the toilet and shower were situated in separate rooms. Easy self check-in and check-out, responsive hosts. The private, hassle-free parking was a real bonus. The apartment is well connected to the public transport, as the city center is only 15min away by tram (the station is close, 3-5min walk). Otherwise, you can take a 30-40 min walk to the center.

A deep cleansing would be great (ceiling, bathroom fans etc.)

It’s not even a negative thing about the apartment as we knew it upfront. There is no air conditioning and the temperature in the apartment can be challenging if you are visiting on sunny summer days. Just to consider this upfront

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean. It is very close to the supermarket and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The host was very communicative and helpful. Also really liked the little deck area.

One of the bedrooms didn't have aircon and although there was a fan, it got hot at night.

The lower frame in the bed was way too soft an I needed to sleep separately to avoid constantly waking up each other. However, it is a personal thing and the apartment is really excellent!

Very spacious apartment. It has parking in the yard, which was great. Very clean and well furnished.

There is no AC in the apartment. But it's not a great issue as there are shades that block the sun completely.

Parking provided. Water bottles in fridge and coffee cartridges for coffee machine are great touches for us.

Noisy traffic in the morning. Need fresh towels and bed linens for a week stay specially during hot summer time.

Just perfect, if we ever come back to Graz, u will be our only choice...Thank you:)

Lovely little apartment with all we needed. Groceries at the tram stop directly into the Innere Stadt.

I really had a wonderful time in beautiful Graz, the second largest educational city in Austria. In particular, the accommodation I stayed for two days was so quiet, clean, and a beautiful house with no inconvenience at all. Parking my rental car at home, and the tram stop to get to downtown is also a 5-minute walk away. For those who bring their cars, the numbers are written on the parking lot so that they can park their cars there. I highly recommend it.

Very modern, well-equiped apartment. Apartment is huge, beds are comfortable and it’s super clean. Hosts are attentive and always there to help you. Lidl, Spar, bus and tram stops are a 5-minute easy walk and it takes 10 minutes to city center by bus/tram. Private parking is a big plus in Graz. All in all, we had a great time and will definitely come back to this apartment.
