Perfect parking in the middle of city free of charge!

Location, well equipped, good parking, clean, secure Lots of tourist info available, much appreciated. Also simple supplies such as coffee filters, sugar, salt & pepper Compact but space well utilised

The location was great for us and the apartment had everything we needed.

The shower could have been better.

The apartment was small but ok. It had all the essential for a couple who wants to spend a couple of nights in town and it's in a quiet neighborhood, a 15-minute walk away from the old town.

We experienced a very weird circumstance that never occurred to us in any other accommodation before. Windows were locked by a key and were impossible to open. As soon as we noticed this, we wrote to the owner, saying that we just wanted to open them for a few minutes to ventilate the room after cooking and in the morning after waking up. The answer was to use the bathroom fan, which is very weak and largely insufficient to ventilate the whole environment. When we insisted on getting the key to open the windows, the owner simply ignored our message until our departure 3 days later. Not only this behavior is extremely unreasonable and unprofessional, but it's most probably also against fire safety standards. The windows were facing an internal courtyard, so there was no reason whatsoever to keep us from opening them.

I like Lend-Fewo. I usually stay there when I'm in Graz. It is very clean and has the great location close to the center. Pleasant service, easy check-in and check-out. I spent the wonderful Christmas vacation with my family in Graz Thank you Gaby.

Great stay, private parking inside object (additionaly charged, but this was already written in description), good lighting, have everything I needed.

It was written notification that windows should not be opened.

The kitchen is equipped with main things a person needs to make themselves/eat food. The fridge is included. A bed is soft and is satisfiable. Toilet paper, shower gel, towels, salt and pepper are changed every week. Also, the room is cleaned once per week. You have an opportunity to use laundry for free once per week, too.

Internet is not reachable or even good in bedroom, get ready to seek for special strong connection spots, in the rest of the apartment it is satisfying. The given knives are dull, so I had to buy my own. Exactly my apartment had windows right to the garden, which made possible for any person to peek into my room.

Simple, clean apartment

It was quite hot, and there was not a lot of air-circulation, e.g. window in the bedroom was locked probably for security reasons, but ventilating the place was not easy.

Location was perfect. Close to everything. Brewed coffee was a very nice touch. Small but neat and clean. Lovely bathroom. Very secure.

No air-conditioning. It was like a sauna in our room. Couldn't open bedroom window for air. Were not allowed to leave doors open for air circulation. Quiet stifling. I would have rated this property 10/10 had they had air-conditioning or heating. Upstairs balcony had a tall table to stand at instead of a small one to sit at. We had breakfast outside putting our coffee and food on our laps and floor.

Very close to everything and with private parking.

We’re used to bigger beds for 2 people but it’s ok and an AC would be appreciated.

It was spotless,just the right size and in an ideal spot to spend the little time we had around Graz

Small apartment and very cold in the room, they told us they have floor heating but it is hot the truth, tiles was very cold.

Not easy to air-out the apartment on first floor, as one window is locked, not possible to create cross-air-ventillation..

"Appartment Graz Zentrum" is almost an apartment, promising to have a kitchen, but actually neither stovetops nor pots. Motion detector lighting in the bathroom is cumbersome and funny at the same time. Welcoming wheelchair users with a badge at the entrance but denying them to book this accomodation (see respective chat) is kind of disappointing.
