Everything. The house is in the city center and it’s huge! The landlord was great, super caring and made our stay much easier.

If stairs are a problem for you then being on 4th floor with no lift might be a challenge. Didn’t bother us at all.

Absolutely stunning HUGE apartment in the best location in Graz. Beautiful old building, everything on your doorstep including the most charming of cafes. Best apartment ever stayed in! And Graz is simply delightful. Host extremely helpful too - thank you!

The walk-up (no elevator) but I guess its quite usual for old buildings in Europe. The place more than made up for the effort. And they were there to assist so I had help carrying my luggage up and down the stairs. Also, not all windows had cover so I would at times feel exposed.

Its location is close to many must see spots. When I joined a walking tour, the guide took us near the place that affirmed to me that I made the right choice. Ate Richelle the staff was very helpful and she was there when I arrived and when I left. The host Nikos was very responsive too and they made sure I was comfortable. Huge and clean space with lots of windows.

Very central location, tidy and spacious apartment, extremely responsive and helpful host who organised parking for a lower price in the nearby garage and offered useful advice. Checking in was very easy and apartment was well-equipped, including the kitchen.

Everything was perfect

The flat was very clean and spacious. There is no elevator (building is historical and there is no possibility to install the elevator) but it wasn’t a problem for us. Because of the same reason as elevator there is no airconditioner but there is very good, modern fan. There was very nice surprise of two cold bottles off water and two of coca-cola. The contact with the owner was excellent and the whole staying was great! The location was perfect - right next to the old town.

Was very hot to sleep at night as no air con , even with a fan - not anyone’s fault just hot in Europe!!

Fantastic location in the centre of Graz , good facilities, clean free wifi . Nikos a great host excellent instructions for getting g into property - very helpful carrying our heavy bags up those stairs . Able to provide secure parking close by.

Lacking dark curtains in the living room where the sofa bed is located, so it got very bright very early in the morning for the person sleeping there.

Very friendly and kind apartment owner. The surprise breakfast on Sunday morning was exceptional 😀 👍. Very clean apartment. Great location in the city center. Easily accessible parking possibility close by.

Lots of stairs.

The location was absolutely wonderful…. easy access to everything the Old City offers. The linens were luxurious…. pressed and crisp…. but the best thing of all was the kindness and caring of the owner. We would love to go back again!

Not a complaint from us, because it wasn't a problem, but just be aware there are 99 stairs as you're at the top of the building, so something to consider if you have heavy bags. It didn't worry us & Nikos had prepared us in advance.

Absolutely fantastic location right in the centre of Graz. Nikos was the most amazing, helpful and responsive host. The apartment is historic, beautiful and really well equipped. Take Nikos advice on restaurant (make sure you book) & Cafe right across the road, both are exceptional.

The short term parking to unload was occupied every day by the same car for most of the day. Window in bedroom doesn’t open. Light in WC too much but the one over the sink in the shower room is not sufficient. All easy fix except the short term parking should be reported someone who is local and not by a guest. As the parking you offer is so close it’s easy to walk just from there.

Location, parking, price for value. Place is spacious and bright! We loved the local restaurants, stores and to be so central to everything a tourist would like to have.

This is amazing and spacious apartment in historical building in city center, renovated, with modern touch for comfortable stay. I have to point out a great bed with excellent sheets, amazing shower and practical kitchen. Living room is perfect for relaxing, with cosy cauch and lots of light. Heating was top notch. Apartment is on 3rd floor, but stairs are NOT difficult. Our host Nikos was 5 stars, super responsive and always a step ahead. Parking is greatly organized, just 5 min walk away.

Fantastic host! Location was great - in the city center, but still quiet area. Fully equiped, all we needed and something extra. Very clean. I have not experienced such a nice host:)

If I had to pick something I would say Missing a mirror when drying my hair but that is only a small thing.

Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities, completely with everything you need for a stay. Fabulous.
