Good, comfy, clean apartment, well equipped for its purpose (the kitchen had more appliances than I'm used to :)). It's reasonably close to 2 ski regions, located in a quiet, pretty village area. Check in, check out and administration were easy. All in all: a very good place to stay.

Not really disadvantages, only a "heads up": the pull out couches are comfy, but it's a bit of a compromise. And as we didn't speak German, auto-translate came in handy.

We were welcomed and we really appreciated that everything was ready for our stay - kitchenette, equipment, bathroom, dog-friendly policy, etc.

Only if we had two glasses for wine/Champagne available in the kitchenette.

When summer time it’s little bite hot and low speed WiFi

Nice apartment with kind owners and beautiful view in the countryside but still not far away from shop for example. The room seems older but you have there everything what you need, we appreciated kitchen, brand new bathroom and child bed.

I can't imagine staying there in the summer, you are right under the roof and there was really hot. There are also a lot of stairs leading to the room (what we didn't mind but it has to be considered).

Everything was so nice! Thank you for the small present :) The view was awesome, there was very quiet and peaceful to stay there, the room was spacious and clean. See you next time!

A little bit hot at night in the summer.

The location is excellent - Mountain view. The clean apartment and amenities are perfect. Easy to check in, we reached the property at midnight, and the host kept the key in the apartment door. We checked out after an hour, around 11 instead of 10, and the cleaning lady managed other rooms and cooperated well.

Breakfast can be arranged. Suitable only for the traveler by car (own transportation), not suitable for the traveler by public transport. The bathroom is big, but the shower place is not fit for a fatty person.

Appartment super clean and with all fornitures. Very calm place surronded by beautiful mountains Landlord is super nice. We hope to come back

Superb location with an amazing view. You wake up right next to the mountains. Additionally, our room was very cozy and comfortable. Everything was working perfectly. We prepared dinner in the apartment, and all the necessary amenities were provided. There was also a smart TV that allowed us to connect to Netflix.

Everything was great, we very much enjoyed our stay.

The location was exceptionally beautiful . The property clean and tidy and had all the necessary facilities. Access was easy parking area large and close to the house.

Was hard to find using google maps ended up asking a neighbour who pointed it out

Far better than imagination, big terrace, nice view, kitchen well equipped, quiet, comfortable and clean.

In the second bedroom, wifi signal is nearly not reachable, i have to move to very near from the door to catch the Wi-Fi signal. And phone signal is only 1 bar for Telecom.

Beautiful environment. Such a clean place. Unique.

Nice location, clean and good staff.

The price was high. we had to pay a bit extra because my teen daughter also joined . It was the same apartment, but simply because I had forgotten about my teenage daughter, I end up paying extra money. To me it looked unfair.

Breath taking views from all windows, bedrooms and balconies. Exceptionally clean and well arranged apartment. Grocery and a hospital just 5 mins away. short drive to Hallstat lake. Excellent and supportive Host. One of the best option in Bad Ausse / Hallstat area
