The beds were perfect and very comfortable. The two bedrooms made are stay convenient. The parking nearby the entrance is also a plus.

Everything was great, the apartment is in old but renovated building, and the whole apartment is renovated with great taste! The courtyard is amazing, and you can hear the birds the whole day. Walking distance to city park and city centre makes this place top notch. Parking was in the courtyard, and don't worry about the space, you could park a truck :) Nespresso machine, big and comfortable beds, all was great. We will visit again definitely !

Very clean and Cody apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped. Location is very close to the city center - 15 minutes walking distance. On the corner of the building there is local bakery where you can get a breakfast with tasty coffee. We visited Graz and spent nice time in Loipersdorf thermal pool. Also I can recommend Bad Blumau, but this time we didn’t have enough time to visit both pools:)

1. There are were some technical issues with accessing the apartments through key lock. Fortunately I contacted with owner forehand via email and have its contact phone number. The issue was resolved quite quickly. 2. Apartment is designed for 7 people. There are were 6 of us. So, we have 2 cars. Only one parking place is included within the price. Hopefully they provided additional parking place for extra fee. Unfortunately they don't have much extra parking places, so it was a luck. 3. Coffee is not really good qualitied. And it was enough only for one morning (of 2 days we booked).

A lovely appartment building (search google for Graz rentals) ideal for travellers coming with a car. Location is great, very calm and safe, next to University and a 15-minute walk (no big roads, through the park) to Hauptplatz. Very clean appartment, nicely decorated and fully equipted. Contactless check in worked perfectly. Would certainly book again! And an added bonus - backery at a corner has great bread and coffee, so your mornings can start beautifully. A few travelling tips: if travelling with car, I would recommend visiting Zotter chocolate factory and caste Riegersburg (50 minute drive). Old town of Graz is lovely and worth a visit. Do not miss Schlossberg, would suggest going up with funicular and down with an elevator. You can use free tram rides in the old town where there are signs Altstadt-Bim.

I did not like just the fact that this wonderful apartment was not mine...

The location was great, right in front of University of Graz. The apartment was very clean, totally furnished (they really did not miss a thing). You have a free parking if you need it. You could get walking almost all of the nice points of Graz.

The host could have turned the heaters and the fridge on before our arrival. They knew we were coming. It was very cold and took a while to heat up once we arrived.
