⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wish I could give this hotel 100 stars!!! We have loved our stay here and will be sad to leave, George, Geri and their family are just the kindest people that welcomed us like family, they couldn't do enough for us, we appreciate their hospitality and kindness more than anything, they have truly made our holiday special and we can't wait to return. This beautiful hotel is modern, the rooms are spotless, comfy beds, an amazing shower, the pool is lovely and it's very peaceful with fabulous views of the mountains and surrounding area, it's about a half hour walk into Saranda which we did multiple times, we are both in our mid 30's and found it easy, or a short 10 minute taxi ride if you don't fancy the walk.The breakfast was lovely, a nice variety of foods, mainly fruits, tomatoes, eggs, pastries toasties and cheese, the lovely lady Adelina greeted us with a smile and fresh coffee every morning, she is true gem. We cannot thank George and his beautiful family enough for the perfect vacation. See you next time. Much love Emma and Charlie x

We had a fantastic experience at Villa Serenity. The place is beautiful, clean, and safe, which is not the case everywhere in Albania. And above all, the staff was perfect with us : nice, helpful, always giving good plans and ready to make you enjoy more your trip. We will never forget that experience, and will possibly come back there, as you should!

It is a family guesthouse, with hospitable hosts and a suitable climate. The hosts are open, receptive to all requests of the guests. The guesthouse is operating for the second year, the conditions are very good, practically everything is new. There is no discomfort like bad smells, ... Cleanliness is maintained at a high level, sometimes even exaggerated. Breakfast is sufficient, tasty, with some dishes prepared by the housewives of the house. Thank you for your hospitality! PS. A wonderful view opens from the pool!

I had an excellent stay at Villa Seenity! The location was perfect—close to major attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist with any requests. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a great selection of fresh items.

Nothing really but having a car or a scooter is definitely advised, since the hotel is a little outside of Saranda.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Serenity, the location is perfect for exploring the south of Albania, is nicely quiet and the view down onto the valley is amazing. The rooms and facilities are spacious, modern, nicely finished and spotlessly clean. But what made our stay so lovely was the incredibly welcoming and friendly attitude of the family that runs this hotel. We actually felt like we were appreciated as guests and everyone tried to make us feel like we were at home. If you need help, recommendations or basically anything the hosts are more than happy to help and are available all the time. We highly recommend getting breakfast too, for at least a couple of times during the stay, it was fresh, plentiful and delicious! If we ever travel to the south of Albania again, we know where we'd stay again.

Everything was excellent

We planned to stay one night but We stayed at Villa Serenity for 3 nights and had an excellent experience. The staff were extremely courteous and always willing to help. The room was spotless and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a modern TV. The breakfast was served as a rich buffet with a variety of fresh options, and the hotel's location was ideal, close to key attractions and public transportation. The view from our room was impressive, and the quiet surroundings allowed us to relax completely.

No complaints. The drive up to the place might throw some people off but its so quiet and yet still on a 5 minute walk from stores for all your basic needs

The hotel is new and there are still some opportunities of improvement when it comes to procedures and communication.

A great relaxing location near Saranda and Ksamil. Stunning views of the mountains. The family there is super helpful, and the mother of the owners makes a carrot cake you do not want to miss. Quiet, spacious and super clean. Parking. Unbelievable breakfast. Great choice if you want to explore the area while avoiding the chaotic city centre.

Beautiful clean rooms! Everything was brand new and very clean. Spacious rooms for families and great view. Location was just 10 minutes away from the center of Saranda. The people were very helpful and friendly with great hospitality. Everyday we had a delicious breakfast made just for us. Strongly recommend you will really enjoy your time.
