When we arrived it missed some stuffs (paper toilet, soaps, cleaning sprays) and the shower drain didn't work well. But as we asked the girl she immediately fixed and brought everything it needed. There is no kitchen unfortunately.

The house has a beautiful terrace where you can stay to eat or in the evening to take a relax time. The bedrooms are comfortable with air conditioner. The bathroom is good. A good position form the center and the beaches. The ospitality was great.

The house was very nice and clean. The owner and his family was friendly and respectful. His daughter always was ready to help with everything we needed. The grocery store, the restaurant, the beachs was just couple minutes walking. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Villa Rafael, the hosts made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely holiday. The amenities are as described and the rooms were very clean. 5 min walk from the main streets + restaurants. 10mins to the beach. We would definitely recommend!

We super liked everything about our stay at Vila Rafael. The room was big, clean, well furnished and just renovated. And the garden view😍 Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We wish we could have stayed more but we promised we are coming back. Our host Ana made sure to give us all the information we needed to go around in the city, beach which is very close and visits we did in the National park of Butrinti. The room was not ready when we arrived — the toilet flush wasn’t working, there was no toilet paper provided, and several bathroom fittings were in poor condition, with some loose or hanging. It gave a neglected impression, especially for a place meant to welcome guests. The apartment had an issue with the toilet flush right from the start, which we reported immediately. Initially, the problem couldn’t be fixed, and only after some discussion, we agreed on a temporary workaround with the staff to at least make it usable. Unfortunately, while following that arrangement, the toilet tank lid slipped and the tank cracked. While we acknowledge that the lid broke while we were handling it, it's important to consider the full context: the toilet was already not functioning properly, which forced us to intervene; the fittings, including the tank and lid, appeared quite old and fragile; and the workaround was only necessary because the initial issue was unresolved. Charging us the full replacement cost without accounting for these contributing factors felt unreasonable, and a more balanced approach would have been fair.

Location is good & price of the room is reasonable if all services work as advertised.

It was way too loud to be comfortable. There are doors behind the wardrobe, so you can hear everything from other guests. The hosts don't really speak English, but it's doable with Google Translate.

The location was fine, a couple of minutes walk from the main places. It was clean, kitchen was usable.
