All about the place. The owners are just so lovely and heart warming. The place is very centrally located just a short walk to the Bazar. Super clean and cosy room. A parking Lot ist available -I did not need it. The breakfast was amazing, so was the view from the terrace. I really enjoyed my stay thank you so much!

Everything was great.

Loved everything. Excellent location 3 mins walk to the Bazaar. Wonderful hosts - both husband and wife were great, anxious to have your stay be enjoyable. One of the cleanest places we have stayed at. Plentiful and tasty breakfast, different items served on both days spent there. Eggs, spinach quiche, jams, crepes , juice, etc. Highly recommend.

There was no coffee for breakfast. But we probably could have gotten some if we'd asked.

For us, it was the best accommodation on our tour. We were in contact with Shqiponja via WhatsApp and her parents looked after us on site. We experienced everyone as an extremely warm and hospitable family. The room is lovingly decorated (we think they built the furniture themselves) and the bed is very comfortable. Spotlit pictures hang on the walls and the stone wall makes the room very cozy. There's a large refrigerator (which we loved) and the softest towels ever. The bathroom is also beautifully decorated. The breakfast was incredibly delicious.

The host was really attentive to our needs and the breakfast was great! The location for us was perfect because it was quiet but still close enough to the old town. The whole room is completely new and really clean, and the shower is the most amazing we've ever had! Really strong current and lots of hit water!

We had a comfortable stay for one night. We had to leave at 5:30am for the bus to Greece, and the lady running the place prepared us a lovely breakfast so early in the morning for us to take away. Thank you :)

We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse! The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Even before we arrived, their daughter reached out with all the essential details and went above and beyond to help us with local tips, taxi arrangements, and even advice on finding suitable footwear! (Definitely recommend shoes with good grip). The rooms were cosy, spotless, and felt brand new — a perfect place to return to after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a feast! Generous portions of eggs, fresh vegetables, cheese, sausages, melon, bread, mini dough ball/pancakes with honey, plus juice and water — it was the perfect. In the little outside area. The walk is slightly downhill to the property but it's worth it. Also had a view of the castle. This place is a gem — excellent value for money, and the personal touch from the hosts made it even more special. Highly recommended!

Host was lovely, helpful, breakfast was delicious and not too big! Just big enough. Location is great for walking to the castle, aquaduct/bridge, bars in town. The room and bathroom were so nicely done, very clean, very nice decor. Drive up was an experience! But everyone is so considerate on the road, it's just 5 minutes of very narrow and steep road as you get further up, we found parking very easy (July). Thank you!

Everything was perfect.

I stayed in a double room at Te Ajdini Guesthouse, and it was truly one of the most beautiful and comfortable rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was absolutely delicious — generous, traditional, and full of flavor. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect: just a 5–10 minute walk to the Old Bazaar. There’s also parking available, which was convenient. The garden is lovely, full of greenery, and offers a stunning view of the castle — a perfect spot to relax. I visit Gjirokastër often, and I can confidently say that I will definitely return to this guesthouse again.

Breakfast was the best we had in Albania guesthouses. We stayed a couple of guesthouses in the span of 2 weeks. The accommodation was so good that we wanted to stay another night but the guesthouse was fully booked. Wifi, bathroom, bedroom and breakfast was 10/10. No noise during our stay. It was quiet and the window had machine blinds to block out the sunlight.
