The hotel was clean and stands out for its excellent location. The promenade as well as trendy beach clubs are nearby, along with good restaurants. The rooms and the pool are clean. The view is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room was not clean at all (stains on the floor, a soda can underneath our bed). The water from the shower was not draining. A lot of street noise.

we stayed there for four nights and the rooms were cleaned only once and they have not changed the towels at all unfortunately, otherwise the stay was great

Its in a good place everyone was saying that it wasnt clean the breakfast wasnt good or enough the people were mean there wasnt shampoo or towel…but by my side there was everything it was all so good the people’s were nice just him in the reception wanted some attention but we fixed that breakfast good everything renovated the view wass great the pool also cleann everything 10

We enjoyed the sea view from our room and the breakfast/pool area. It's very central, just across the beach and 5 mins walk from Lost Beach. The staff were really friendly and kind. The receptionist waited up for us as our bus was delayed. The entire team was very friendly. Our room was spacious and had a fridge. I'd definitely consider staying at this hotel again at my next visit.

Prices in hotel restaurant are not normal, especially not for Albania. It is really too expensive.

Very low quality food is served for breakfast, coffee tastes poorly. For most of the day the swimming pool is shadowed.

Great location, near to City Centre and beaches. My room was spacious and clean. Swimming pool is located on the first floor so you can have a great view from there. The guy who works there seems really friendly

Breakfast horrible , behaviour not good .

Only location and view is good. The breakfast is horrible and when asked for making an omelette the hotel guys directly said no not possible. Coffee is the worst that we ever had , there was cold milk available when asked to warm , said NO. The property is too high priced considering the behaviour and food arrangements.

Lack of staff around the hotel. Missing items upon check out. Called to collect shortly after checkout and they claimed nothing was left behind. Very disappointing and dishonest.

Friendly staff, clean and modern. Prefect location less than 10 minutes walk into town. Plus a great choice of restaurants on the door step. Owners very friendly and knowledgeable on places to see and visit.

Theres no one in the reception, not even info to visit the Second floors bar. Staff smoking while working. Toilet / shower - dirty water stays at the floor and no equipment to erase it. Room were boring, no painting etc.

The breakfast has not too many options and the juice is not natural. The bathroom hasn't been clean during the stay.

The location is amazing, it is close to the center of Sarande but far enough to not listen the people or musics from the others hotels. The view is also amazing, you can see the sunset from the swimming pool or rooms. And the staff is really friendly and helped us a lot when we had a problem with our car.

Booked a deluxe double room with sea view and was given a triple room with a horrible wall blocking the view as a balcony. Notified Staff and they were rude and didn’t care. Staff member even messaged me on personal Facebook account with threats after notifying booking.com.

Good location. Beware they give you a different room to what you have reserved/booked.

The service at breakfast needs improving. Breakfast was repetitive. Most staff don’t speak English at breakfast, so didn’t understand some requests. Smoking whilst guests are having breakfast. Price of drinks are very expensive.

The room was spacious, good comfort and an amazing view. We had the room with sea view. The pool is a good size and does get sunshine. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Away from the main strip, but still within walking distance.

Unfortunately, a few things happened while I was there that I wasn’t happy with. My room was not cleaned once and I had to physically hand the garbage to a staff member. To top it off, my boyfriend from America was in Albania at the same time as me and he had to get something from my room (not even sleep there, just come upstairs) and the owner did not allow my own boyfriend to come into my room that I paid for.. The following night, I was walking home and my friend and I we’re cat called all the way until we got into the elevator.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast was very good.
