The flat is amazingly located, with beach, shops, bars and restaurants only minutes away. The balcony is a lovely spot and the place itself is big and clean.! The host is brilliant and was super helpful and understanding - no request was too small and he was so nice with assisting us! (and his brother too!!) If you coming to ksamil - definitely recommend you book this place if available

Everything perfect!

I had an excellent stay in Ksamil and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the host was truly outstanding — a fantastic and welcoming person who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He was always available, very helpful with local tips, and extremely professional and reliable. The property itself is perfectly located in the heart of Ksamil, within easy walking distance of restaurants, beaches, and shops. Despite being so central, the room was very quiet, cool, and immaculately clean — exactly what you want after a day exploring the area. Another big plus was the secure parking space, which gave me peace of mind for our car during our stay. Overall, this place combines comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ksamil and will definitely come back again.

Great loaction, clean, kind and attentive host. Best value for money Ksamil can offer. Parking was a huge plus. Definitely coming back again.

Accommodation at this place was great. There was a kitchen where you can cook when you travel lowcost. However, there are some cool restaurants nearby. Everything is very close. We walked from the bus stop to the accommodation in 2 minutes. The beach is also very close. The owner was very helpful and always on call. We can only recommend.

We had a great stay! The place is centrally located and has everything you might need. It also includes on-site parking, which is absolutely essential in this area. The host was very kind and always attentive. If we come back, we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this apartment during our trip to Ksamil, it was the best experience I've had so far. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming -truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The price was also very affordable which made it even better.

The location is great and the host is super helpful, he offered free pick up by car and he showed me the bus station. He was really friendly. The room is very clean. Whatever I needed the host was very responsive. I am thankful to him for his continuous help. The price was very affordable.

The apartment is in a perfect location with supermarket, breakfast / bakery and restaurants just around the corner. The beach was only a few minutes walk. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything you need. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

The center apartment was a real relax, very close to the center and absolute tranquility, the environment is very clean, the facilities are spacious, there is also a Bar-Caffe marketi it is only 20 steps from the apartment, everything was great, we recommend these places, we will come back 🥇
